Juan arrived on time for our appointment to check for a potential roof leak in our upstairs bathroom. His very thorough examination included several aerial pictures around the roof area in question and a visual and mechanical attic inspection for any leak, mold, or water damage and found there had been none. When one calls a contractor and ask for help .. Juan is the best example of the kind of person you are happy to see show up. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and leaves you with no unanswered questions. We thank you Juan.

Every person that worked on my roof had such a great work ethic. They picked up every night before leaving for the day, and answered every question I had. I couldn’t be happier with the results.We went with the Worthouse metal roof and love it.

Really good people to work with for our roof cleaning. Professional and customer service oriented, very personable. Reasonable price and easy to work with in scheduling. Kept us well informed. Beyond cleaning they checked the overall roof condition and checked for cracked or broken tiles. We would use Durabilis again and have already recommended them. It was also nice to support and work with a Gateway neighborhood business.

Juan came out and explained in detail what the problem was, without using scare tactics. His workers showed up on time and did a great job in repairing the roof. The cost was more than fair. I would definitely recommend Durabilis Roofing.

Juan was reliable and communicative. Repairs were done in a timely manner. When I had concerns a number of months later he showed up immediately to check out the situation at no cost to me.

Love this company. They were quick to get my roof installed at a fair price right after the storm. I wasn’t in town after the storm and my neighbors notified me of the roof issues. This company came to my rescue and did an emergency tarp(which was very clean and held up extremely well) until my reroof was in the works! Great overall!

Because this was a large investment for us, I got many bids on replacing my tile roof. I chose Juan Rizo owner of Durabilis Roofing because he was the best value with a very reasonable price and the most 5 star Google reviews. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction even though this meant extra expense and effort for him and his team. If you want to make sure that you end up with a great roof, ask him for a copy of my contract and then include everything on it. I was glad to work directly with the owner, which is unlikely with a huge roofing company. On his advice, we added two solar roof vents with lifetime warrantees that keep our attic cool (they barely show in the photo).

Truly the very best roofing company in Florida!! I've had my roof worked on a few times in the last 8 years after hurricans and for maintenance, and each time the other company's left with additional issues each time from the roofing technician mistakes. Durabilis Roofing was/is professional, caring, fair and thorough in all steps of repairing my roof. It is a real pleasure to write a review on such a great company. I have entertained many a roofing company of the years and have finally found a company that I can TRUST. Juan Rizo is a cut above everyone else. He is Knowledgeable, Thorough, and total Class. I highly recommend this company.

Roofers can be a strange breed; however, I feel Durabilis' owner Juan is an incredible addition of roofers for Lee County and surrounding areas. He and his workers are diligent with their work and ethics. He had a fast response time from the beginning to the very end. His work shows the pride he has in doing a great job with procedure coordination, property respect, pleasing the customer and full cleanup. I am extremely at rest with knowing my roof was done exceptionally well.

Simply put, the BEST. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional company. Juan took care of me from day one until punch out/ final inspection. Courteous and clean crews. Most importantly, a damn nice roof.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. Jonny always took my calls. He listened to all my concerns and was even patient when I changed my color choice multiple times. Installation crew was very professional and clean up went well . No complaints at all.

We were impressed with the numerous great reviews from their work in Florida and they definitely lived up to their excellent reputation. They inspected our roof in Mount Washington, Kentucky that was damaged due to a hailstorm in March and worked closely with our insurance to assess the damage and install the new roof. They were professional from start to finish, even enduring an excessive heat wave. Thorough clean-up daily and upon completion. They were responsive to any questions or concerns and returned our phone calls promptly. We highly recommend Resolute Roofing!

Normally we don’t give reviews on work we have had done, but we feel so strongly about the quality of work we just experienced, this company deserves to be mentioned with our 5 STAR RATING. Last September when hurricane Ian hit southwest Florida, we were one of the unfortunate homeowners that needed a new roof. After doing our homework and going through the process of interviewing six roofing companies we were given the information from one of our neighbors about RESOLUTE ROOFING. We called and talked with Dean Turner who ended up being our salesman. We discussed our roofing needs with him and decided he had the solution to our needs with a stone coated steel roofing product called Decra. Since we were replacing a cement tile roof, we were somewhat nervous, but Dean assured us his company would take good care of us. I’ve got to say Dean isn’t just any ordinary salesmen. When he tells you he would take care of you he wasn’t kidding! Dean gave us a date when the old roof would be torn off and the tear off crew managed by Eduardo and his wife Julia were here bright and early in the morning. If you’ve never gone through this process, it is an extremely messy one. We were thrilled as they not only covered the plants all around the house but covered the screened porch and lanai covering the pool. When finished, they cleaned up and left the yard spotless. We experienced a similar experience with the Decra installation team managed by Ken and Calvin Rogers. Their team consisted of six hard working men who had the new roof installed in four days. Their finish work is superb, and they tried hard to please us. This experience made a bad situation into a great one. We would recommend Resolute any day of the week. The price was fair, the job was completed on time and all of the crews catered to our requests. We highly recommend RESOLUTE ROOFING COMPANY.

This company is outstanding! Mr. Justin showed up very timely and professional and from that moment on we were in great hands with Resolute Roofing. This project included many unknowns reroofing a house originally built in 1959. Upon the tear-off, the crews were faced with many challenges and they overcame each and every one of them with ease over two very long workdays. This project would have taken other companies days longer and Resolute also remained aware of our budget and delivered a high quality product ahead of schedule. Resolute Roofing treated our house as if it was there own and the work product and customer service is and was outstanding! These crews are experienced and all true craftsman at their trade. The sales rep (Justin) was involved every step of the way and provided first-hand supervision of the project. The crew leaders have a vast amount of roofing experience and everyone on this company's team are proven professionals. They performed this work around multiple rain storms without a single leak inside the home during the process. This is the one and only company I would recommend for anyone undertaking a new or replacement roof project.
