My pool was unusable due to hurricane Ian, so much debris and the lanai cage and pool deck, so dirty! Ultimate Pool came in and did an amazing fast "restoration", Power washing, deep clean/vacuum inches of debris at the bottom of the pool, I was given a very fair price, told what could be accomplished they were out the next day to get started! Call Brad and his Team with Ultimate Pool Care you will not be disappointed!

2025 - update We continue to have Bradley for pool repair and he recently installed all new equipment for our pool. New light from Pentair quit working after a few months and we had to go through Pentair's warranty process. After several months of no results and approaching the holidays, Bradley took it upon himself to replace the defective light as he wanted us to have a working light for the holidays. He continues to provide the best customer service for his clients, even at his own expense. Thank you Bradley!

I’ve used many different pool companies and my pool was just getting worse. It’s a salt pool which I think some companies don’t know how the equipment works. In fact, I never saw anyone check the equipment except to clean the filter. I called Brad from his 5 star reviews.
This man took action. There were so many things wrong. One by one he fixed them. It took a couple of weeks to get everything working right. My pool is beautiful now. No algae, always has chlorine, equipment working flawlessly. If you are fed up with your pool service company call Brad. He’s smart and knows what he’s doing. Also, he is the nicest person.

My parents needed a new pool company to take care of their pool after having gone through numerous companies I came across Ultimate Pool Care and Repair through google and am very glad I did. Five Star Plus service. I presented the technician (owner, Brad) a complex set of issues with my pool system. My pump would not prime, several air leaks, failed actuator and piping in incomprehensible configuration. Brad arrived promptly within provided window, sat through a thunderstorm and performed his job professionally and efficiently. He stayed for three hours and completed the job to my satisfaction. With a little apprehension a waited for the invoice and was totally, happily surprised how reasonably priced the service call was. Ultimate Pool Care & Repair LLC is a veteran owned business with integrity. I highly recommend.

If you’re looking for phenomenal pool care services, just call Brad. I reached out on a Saturday, and by Tuesday he was already on site to diagnose my pool pump issue. He took the time to walk me through what was wrong, explained the different options, and when it turned out I needed a new pump, he had one ready to go. By Thursday, the new pump was installed and running perfectly.

Brad is very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. As a Realtor, I need solutions and answers very quickly, and he is always super helpful and reasonably priced! Fair and honest with good quality work! Most recently had him diagnose a very complex pool light issue. He took pictures of every step and went above and beyond to determine the solution and was able to get the repair done quickly.
