Very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of everyone we encountered with John Jacobs Construction. We have other items coming up to have done at our home and we will not consider any other company for the job.

Professional, timely, reliable, knowledgeable, stand by their work. We haven't used them for a major project but I would not hesitate to do so. Wished I had known about them before.

First I would like to say that the bathroom came out pretty nice. Our issues are with the service.
We paid almost $12,000 for a complete rehab of a 6'x8' bathroom, so we had high expectations. We were told by Mr. Jacobs that "they" do all the work themselves, so we anticipated seeing him sometime during the project. He only showed up once when the tile guy made a mistake and was taking longer than expected. Mr. Jacobs did not even come by to look at the finished product. We had ordered custom cabinets and custom granite counter top, yet when they installed the counter top and sink they had to cut the custom cabinets with a saws-all to "make it fit". Although I may have to open the cabinet doors and look up to see the jagged hack job, its not what I would have expected from a company with a five star rating and the top end price tag.
They forgot to install granite shelf in the nook, didn't need the anticipated shower pan (existing recessed concrete shower floor), didn't install a Listello border (our request), created a small chip in shower floor tile and we had cost savings on the fixtures, tile type and accents. They did give us a $400 credit for the some of the material savings, but said we went over on the cost of the tile. That I can understand, since there is enough extra tile in my garage to do the entire floor over again (3 full boxes and a partial). Please note that Mr. Jacobs measured and purchased the tile.

In summary, I am not happy that the cabinet hack job was not properly addressed, Mr. Jacobs did not inspect his staff's work and that we did not see more of a credit, because of their error in ordering so much extra tile.

So happy with how our renovation of our bathroom and flooring throughout our condo. Connie and Brandy in the office along with others were always there for questions. Everyone who did the physical work were professional and had pride in their work (sorry can’t give names but we were away for a lot of the time and didn’t meet everyone, don’t want to take a chance of leaving anyone out 😎) Highly recommend, we will surely use them again.

My Mom had her bathroom remodeled. Every person that came to the house and worked on the bathroom was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom turned out beautiful. I highly recommend John Jacobs Construction.

We interviewed 3 contractors about remodeling our main bath including replacing a tub with a shower. John Jacobs and Kelly came by promptly and spent alot of time measuring, giving ideas and listening to ours. The end result is high quality workmanship, on time craftsmen, and on budget. Would call on them for any remodeling in the future.

Of the 3 contractors I met with for a primary bathroom remodel, John Jacobs was the best. John and his assistant, Brandy, listened to my needs and offered some ideas. I felt confident that the job would be done right. The team that performed the work was professional, responsive and always cleaned up after the day’s work. Tile people were fantastic. Office staff always responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns. I especially want to mention Brandy. She was extremely helpful and always found a way to solve any issues that arose. I love my new bathroom. I would recommend John Jacobs. I would use them for all my future needs.

This is the worst company, my roof never had a leak got a new roof and there is a leak. I will leave you in the hands of God.

I called this number to inquire on services to repair an outside wall from a small fire and the gentleman who Andrew is extremely nasty very rude if asked me who I am and didn’t even give me his name and was very unpleasant to deal with I’m glad I learned about this company from the first phone call I never want him near my house.
