Contacted Affordable by way of a referral and received a quick response to schedule an appointment. Upon inspection by TJ I was given an option which I agreed to which was very fair. TJ and his helper proceeded to get to work being the retrieval and relocation of bees which had occupied the squirrel house which I built 2 years ago. It was fascinating to watch the process and TJ performed as a true professional of his craft. Just amazing to watch the process from start to completion....truly awesome! A neighbor asked me to help when she discovered active honey bee activity near an opening by the edge of her roof. Called two possibilities, but got no return calls. Then I tried Affordable Bee Removal. TJ answered the phone, they came out that morning to assess the situation, and took care of the problem after finishing another job the next day. It was impossible to give a firm price estimate at the initial assessment, since they could not be sure of the extent of the problem until they opened up the roof. He gave us probable “best case” and “worst case” estimates. The job they did was amazing. They exposed the rotted roof plywood, which was the access point. They cleaned out the honeycombs. (SEE THE VIDEOS!). Vacuumed the bees into a container. Found the queen and made sure she was in the container with hundreds of other bees. (In the video of the white container, the bees on the outside trying to get in since they sense the queen inside). The bees were relocated to a beekeeper in Vero. (TJ says he has a list of keepers begging for bees! He does not “sell” the bees.) They cleaned up, put a temporary covering on (we have someone coming to do more extensive roof repairs), and sprayed a deterrent to discourage returning bees (2 days later no sign of bees). And the charge matched his “best case” estimate. We were not happy that we had to deal with this, but we know it was done right, and the problem cleaned up completely. And it feels good to at least do it going the ecological route!

This company is fabulous! I noticed a swarm of bees yesterday living behind one of my windows that still has plywood on it from that storm that never hit us two months ago..lol. I did a Google search and A Affordable Bee Removal popped up..I called immediately and they came out this morning! Very knowledgeable and very professional. I had no idea about the care and consideration that goes into bees when removing them. I didn't know they could be rescued via removal. So very pleased with this company!!! Btw, these pictures are from within my house looking out at the problem. As I mentioned, the bees were outside and nesting behind the plywood.. Noticed several dozen flying around the window yesterday and came into the house, pulled the blinds and that's when I discovered how many bees there were.

I was at a loss for finding someone to remove and re- locate a swarm of honey bees that nested on my house inside a wood decorative structure. This company, T.J. and his crew, came the next day after my contact with them. They spent several hours removing the structure, removing the bees, prepping the area for no return, and safely taking the bees with them. The cost was more than I expected, as I was not familiar with what it takes to remove bees, nor with how to remove the structure the bees had gone into. I saw the intricate, professional work they did and what appeared to be hundreds, if not a thousand?!bees removed along with the huge beginning of several combs inside the structure. Although I was present, they took pictures of their entire process and gave them to me. I am so thankful for what they did, their quick response and I highly recommend them. They save the bees-- and this world needs bees.

Affordable Bee Removal Service is a very professional and reliable service to have your bees removed. They save the bees (not kill them). They take the bees, honeycomb and nest out of our house. Then they scrubbed and painted where it was the so we will not have problems later with more bees. They are very knowledgeable. Worth saving the bees.

Came in a timely manner. Very polite. They didn't charge me for the removal of the bees because they (the bees) relocated somewhere else. They will help out a veteran like myself. All that deserves a tip for their time. Ty I recommend them as a bee removal team.

I had Affordable Bee Removal Service come over for an estimate and they wanted 550 - 750 for a beehive removal under my shed. I wanted to work out a better price since it is a costly service. I got refused service so fast for challenging the price a bit. I don’t think they’re as affordable as their logo says out to be nor are they very helpful knowing my situation to refuse so quick, it wasn’t like I was being rude I was respectful, people don’t have almost a grand to spare for something that needs to be taken care of. I don’t recommend them for residential help, they seems to be greedy.

The service was definitely professional and exactly what we needed. We had over 1000 bees nested into our roof where Affordable Bee Removal came in, removed the bees and cleaned up to assure no more bees would return. My family was very satisfied with the service and was happy that we fave them a call.

I want to thank TJ for running this wonderful company. Bee removal and relocation seem to be rare from what I could find online. Being that I’m in NC and was just trying to help my mom find a company that doesn’t harm the bees I’m so glad I found Affordable Bee Removal. We had a bee swarm come in and start to settle down in our backyard. I called TJ and he answered right away! Highly recommend Affordable Bee Removal. I called about a swarm that had been hanging around our house for the past several days. The majority of the swarm had moved on, but some were left behind. I appreciated the quick response to my call as we have family with severe allergies to bee stings. These guys were amazing and gentle with the bees. Happy to know they will be added to a new swarm. What an awesome experience it was to witness how these guys safely and carefully removed the swarm of bees that recently moved into the inside of our backyard patio furniture.
