FIVE STARS! AMAZING. BLEW AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS. I live with my brother, we are both 32 years old and lets just say we sorta let the bathroom go. It looked like frat house bathroom . it was not pretty to say the least. I am ashamed i let it get that dirty but hey lesson learned!!! Top notch came in and made the bathroom look brand new. no stains anywhere. minty whitey tub, toilet ,, sink . Everything was mint! I was so blown away when I first seen that bathroom. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Very professional, on-time, worked constantly, very focused, no nonsense. I was impressed and pleased. Absolutely “thumbs up”.

Samuel and his crew did an amazing job on the deep of our home. With 4 dogs and a son in a wheelchair, the floor was super hard for us to keep clean. They made it look brand new. Will definitely continue using their service.

This is the first time that we used this company. They did such a great job cleaning our house for us. They even moved our heavy couch and cleaned under it. The windows are so clean now!!!! We plan to have our house deep cleaned a few times a year from now on. We are very happy that we found them!!!!!

I contacted Top Notch after being stood up by a service earlier on the day. It’s like Sam wanted to right their wrong! He came for an assessment and inquired if I wanted the device done “tonight” - I was elated.

When the crew came they went straight to work! Everyone was professional and took pride in their work. The work was thorough and well beyond that which I initially bargained for. I’m so glad the other service let me down.

After an interior paint job and some drywall work, my house was a mess! The crew came in the morning as planned and methodically went through the enter house dusting and cleaning everything in sight. Furniture, windows, blinds, floors, bathrooms, they even did the dishes that were in the sink!. They also scraped up some of the overspray from the painting which i thought was over and above general cleaning. The crew was not satisfied with "good". Their goal was "excellent" and they achieved it. Additionally they were cheerful and courteous. When we walked around for the final inspection, I thought everything looked great but their critical eye found a few more things they wanted to do.
They are a great company and I will definitely have them back.

Great company! They are very responsive when called upon. They were able to assist with cleaning my father in laws house when he passed away. They even did the carpets and at a great price! Would recommend to anyone in need of cleaning services in Florida!

When we called top notch cleaners they answered the phone and set up an appointment with us for the same day. They were on time for the appointment and gave us a very fair estimate. I bought a home, sight unseen, and Mr. Sam showed up within days of my call to him! He came in, gave an estimate, and proceeded to do an excellent job! Within a few hours, he was calling me to tell me that he was done! He took photos and sent them to me! When I arrived, the place was better than expected! I’m so impressed, I’ll be using him on a permanent basis once I get moved in! I’m so happy I found him!

Sammy and his crew were super attentive. Came out right away and gave me a quote on a move out clean for my beach condo. They did an absolutely fabulous job and did not miss any detail! I would highly recommend them for any job big or small!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Sammy was super nice & professional. He came into examine every part of the house & told us exactly what he was going to do. My house is about 5500 sq ft & was built in the 50s. I don’t think it had a cleaning in 30 years! With multiple animals, AC having been broke for a month & horrible air circulation - it was definitely not an easy task. Sammy & his team were there from 10am to 7/8pm. He had me examine the places to meet the expectations & cleaned up whatever I pointed out.Things I didn’t even think of cleaning, he was on it! He gave us some really good tips on how to upkeep this large space so we don’t start from ground zero again considering how filthy this house was. His price was affordable & the value it provided was definitely shown. I can’t explain the relief & happiness it provided to all of us in our multi family living situation. It took my breath away. I may have shed a few tears after he left. This place hasn’t seen this type of clean in over a decade I imagine. What a weight lifted. Our experience was one of the best with any company we’ve hired. I think we’ve also made a really great friend in the process. We will be using Sammy’s services biweekly. If you’re considering using cleaning services, I would look no further. Highly recommend.

Sammy and his team did a top notch cleaning at our school. We were really impressed with the obvious difference in the cleanliness of the school. These guys are amazing, hardworking and didn’t miss a thing. We had a tenet move out of our mother-in-law house behind us and it was left disgusting. I can’t describe the mess, stuff all over, roach eggs, trash,, mold on the wall and ceiling, and just flitch. Sammy and his crew worked over 10 hours and restored our apartment to it’s former looks. I called Wednesday, he came to look Thursday and worked all day hauling our trash and furniture and made it a home and move in ready. I can’t thank them enough. Very reasonable cost for all they did. I strongly recommend them fir big or small jobs. They have my business for life.
