Ray and his crew did a thorough, professional job. All the crew members were friendly and did all I asked them to do. They worked quickly and removed all the debris from the yard. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Did all the work requested. VERY EXPENSIVE!!! $450.00 for 30 minutes of work that's $900 and hour! One person cutting and 3 people to take branches 150 feet to edge of road for pick-up. None of the branches were more than 2 inches in diameter. I appreciate that they are providing jobs to people but totally not worth what they are charging. Can not recommend due to outrageous cost. Will not use again when I need additional tree work done.

Tree Trimmers USA trimmed our Queen Palms and our huge Laurel Oak. They had a crew of 5 and they clearly knew what they were doing. They were here about 2 1/2 hours and they took great care to make sure everything was protected and cleaned up. We're very happy with their work and we would highly recommend them.

Jerome was easy to work with and wrote the work order to my specifications. The work crew was punctual and efficient. Tio is a skilled craftsman and all the trims (8 trees) were accomplished quickly and resulted in aesthetically pleasing results. Despite the trees being surrounded by landscaping on the ground he was able to keep any disturbance to the ground landscaping to an absolute minimum. Jerome came by during the work to ensure all my expectations were being met. (All my expectations were exceeded!) The work site was cleaned up and debris hauled away after job completion. I highly recommend Tree Trimmers USA.

Jerome and his crew were here a week ago to do some much needed tree trimming and yard maintenance. I am very happy with the service I received. His crew were all polite and friendly. They did a really great job!

Tree Trimmers USA has to be the best Tree Trimming Company across America! I heard about this dynamic tree trimming company professional services way up in the State of Tennessee and solicited it's service.
I was amazed by the Professional, Compassionate, and Outstanding Service that I received for a very fair price! Tree Trimmers USA has the staff, equipment, skills and training to do any jobs relating to tree trimming or removal. The staff is very friendly and kind. They have been trained to respect and appreciate clients/customers!
All I can say is 'Tree Trimmers USA saved my day, and they will do the same for you!' Tree Trimmers USA Love Veterans of the Armed Service!

We were very pleased with Tree Trimmers USA complete service, From the fair estimate to the quality of their equipment and staff, and the good clean up. Our trees are very tall, overhanging the roof and the proper branches that were trimmed or removed has eliminated any danger to roof damage from storms. Overall, a very professional company to work with.

Ray was very informative, friendly and professional when giving us our estimate on our oak tree, and gave us the option to come next day to provide service. His staff did a fantastic job trimming our oak tree. Even walked us around to show us what they trimmed and how they shaped it. They even thanked us for allowing them to come and trim our tree. Super great service all around and will not only use them again but will send them tons of business.

I give 1 star for toting away the debris. I hired Tree Trimmers USA to cut back my trees & bushes. Also to clean out dead debris from the fishtail palm. The workers chopped all trees & bushes with an power trimmer. Leaving dead & chewed up branches hanging on the trees. For the amount of money they charged me, which was A Lot, I would have thought they would have used pruners for a clean cut. They were suppose to round the trees off. They are squared. There was no sense in design, just hacked all all the branches. Leaving all lopsided. The fishtail palm was still full of dead debris, packed inside. They should be ashamed of themselves to say they are professional. The workers are green & need to learn how to cut back trees & bushes properly. I won't use them again.

As a property manager I have used Jerome, and the crew at Tree Trimmers USA for the last several years at rental homes and a medical park. . I was so delighted by his outstanding services I now use him at my home. They are reasonably priced, responsive and on time. Most recently his crew did a deep trimming of a hoarders house that we purchased as investment…They had a crew of 6 & a grapple truck and did a fantastic job. I 100% recommend Tree Trimmers USA.

I've been using their service for several years now and have always been happy with them. I have a 30ft Oak tree in my front yard I need to keep trimmed and shaped for insurance purposes as well as hurricanes. I had several people give me quotes prior and they were all considerably higher. Last week they trimmed and shaped the Oak, cut down 3 Crepe Myrtle that were too close to the house, used stump grinder on 4 large palmetto stumps. They are extremely efficient, very reasonably priced and all the workers are friendly and polite. They did such a good job my neighbor asked them to come back next day to trim their trees. They've also done two jobs at my daughter's house (she is VERY particular) and she was thrilled with their work. They always clean up after and haul debris away. I don't even bother calling around for quotes anymore. I highly recommend!

I call Tree Trimmers USA Landscaping to cut down the oak tree, remove , stump grinding and remove the four plants, two by garage door and two by the front door.
Tree Trimmers USA came on June 24, 2024 for a estimate. They started on June 26,2024.
The next day June 27, 2024 I had to call Mr. Jerome to inform him that the top of my chain link fence was damage . Mr. Jerome
told me that this happen all the time and they do fix it.
I did not believe anything he was telling me. So I call the fence company that install the fence. This way I no it is done correct.
A tree company and fence are two different company . -
I hired Tree trimmers U.S.A to cut and trim my oak tree in front of my home. They did an excellent job on the oak tree with shaping it and cutting. They did a nice job cleaning up debris. I met Jerome who is very nice. They are fair with what they charge.

My neighbors were having their trees trimmed by Tree Trimmers USA. So I asked them to trim mine. The owner or manager said because he was trimming my neighbor’s tree, he would give me the same price/discount. When I spoke to my neighbor, he told me they charged him $40 less than what they charged me. That’s pretty shady.

I reluctantly give this business a 1 star only because there is no other option. I contracted with the above company to plant 2 clusia hedges, 2 purple crepe myrtles, 2 pink hibiscus trees and 2 dwarf orange ixora hedges. On Aug 5, 2024 the plant materials began to roll in......the clusia should look like the last picture attached below, but no, I received these diseased, off color, spindly plants that looked half dead (see photos below). I commented and Jerome assured me that it would be fine, even if they needed to cut them down, fertilize etc. Then came the hibiscus...wrong color, not a tree and looking quite dead...that was sent back. Crepe myrtles were supposed to be purple....but no, here comes a sick looking white crepe myrtle. Jerome...it will be fine, just give it some time and be sure to water every day for at least 21 days. The beds were prepared, but let me stop here.....the company uses men who have been "rehabilitated", not sure from what, supposedly trained, but they do not know what they are doing. They are not trained gardeners! In fact, during the job I had to call Jerome to remove one man from the job because he was frightening me. The hedge line wasn't dug straight and the plants were not planted in a line to ensure a hedge would eventually grow correctly. Basically hodge podge. Mulch added was scarce, definitely cheated there. After a month I notified Jerome and sent photos of the plants that were failing....he stated that I should give it time, water etc. for another month and if they were indeed not prolific.....he would replace the plant material because he is a professional. On Sept 26, 2024., I contacted him and said enough, sent more pictures and asked him to replace the dead plant material at which time he stated he wanted to do his own evaluation. After much back and forth, he came to the property on September 27,2024 the day after Hurricane Helene and stated it was not his fault...the yard had a moisture issue. That would be Duh, we had a hurricane come thru here yesterday with a profound amount of rain and wind. I had a fallen tree, which I told him was not his responsibility as I had a gardener who would re plant. He actually had the gall to say he would replace a few of the clusia, not the tree or hibiscus because I didn't have the correct soil conditions for the new plants. However, he never mentioned this before I gave hime $4000 for this job. Just received a letter from the wholesale nursery he uses, in true CYA behavior, talking again about soil conditions and how they should be planted. Again, you hire a professional to give you this advice prior to planting, not 2 months after.

Asked to have our trees trimmed for safety reasons.
They were doing a good job until the job got longer at which point they started rushing and got angry when I pointed out trees that didn't even get touched yet. It was very difficult working with this company. The crew leader was rude. They also left an entire concrete pad full of old huge branches.
The aftermath was horrendous. Our beautiful oaks were destroyed and looked horrible. They said it would grow back and fill out.
Now one and a half years later they still look awful. Will attach photos.
Based on professionalism, price, and skill I would not recommend this company at all. -
Great prices , great variety

I could spend the day there. I'd pack a lunch and sit in the garden center
