Mike was amazing and came out on a Saturday night when my AC (somewhat mysteriously) stopped working. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. I can't recommend him enough. I called the west coast branch first, and they called me back immediately and gave me Mike's number. He was here within an hour- the time it took him to get here from his last appointment. Really good company and really nice person.

Originally bought my AC/Heat unit from Apex heating and cooling 15 months ago, only to find out that when I needed service, the company was no longer in business. I was told that I was notified of this via email. Okie dokie, perhaps that email made it to some clients but not to me. Someone did answer when I called, it was after 6pm. To my surprise, the new company (Rocket) did send someone out, who actually used to work with Apex and was very familiar with my unit since he was one of the guys who originally installed it. He arrived around 8:30 pm and installed a capacitor. Total cost for emergency call, part and repair 165.00 which is very fair for the circumstances. My unit was up and running within 30 minutes. He was not in a rush, was very pleasant and explained everything.
Update 4 months later:
Very pleased with thus company. Changes have been made that make Rocket my go-to company. Highly recommend.

Last visit was only a few days ago then failed

Technician was very service oriented and knowledgeable on the first and final visit (Muke and Alex) A third technician installed the part incorrectly and we were without a pool over the holidays which was very depressing.
