Very well priced and great customer service. Coleman came out to our place and was really through and patient. I know we had a lot of questions and he took his time explaining everything. They do quality work and there is not a doubt that if we ever need any more work done we will be calling them. Thank you again and your workers are GREAT.

Rooter One's service has been excellent beginning with the provision of a site visit to assess potential work needed on my septic system. Communication has been a huge factor in my understanding and trust in the company to provide services as described and within the time frames committed upon. Peter was professional and knowlegibe and an excellent teacher.

Imaging spending 10k on plumbing for them to come 3 times and never get it correct. And when you leave a review they send you a text saying take it down or their attorneys will get involved! I paid 10k to repipe a house, because they insured me that’s the only way the house would stop leaking and the house still leaks to this day. Now to fix the same leak I paid 10k to fix they told me it’s $4400. But I called 3 different places and got a quote for 1900-2400. Then Rooter gave me a discount for 2000, But you gave me a discount of 2k cause you over charged me 2k. I spent 10k and still have the same problem I had when I started, and you’re charging me higher than everyone else and I spent 0 with them and 10k with you and the job is still incomplete. They put credit on quote to make it seem like it’s a deal but they overcharging you and taking it off with credit 😂

Had a great experience with them! They came out to pump my septic tank and everything went smoothly. They were right on time, super friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They informed me of any issues they encountered and offered helpful advice. I really appreciated how professional and informative they were throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic services!

Staff is great they speak English. The technician who came out was able to communicate with me freely and easily. The technician went above and beyond. He explained to me how the stuff worked. What kind of maintenance I should expect to do to prevent a problem was just really good. I was really impressed.

We called Rooter One after our regular septic service told us they couldn’t help us. Pete did a wonderful job clearing sand out of the line from a broken pipe and pumped out the tank. We will only use Pete and Rooter One in the future when we need septic service. In addition to great service, the price was very reasonable.

Jamie was so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone who came out just said we should replace our drain field. He went further, did tests on the pipes and checked to yard for wets spots. He fixed a pipe and everything went back to working great. He also gave us advice on maintaining the septic system, answered our questions and suggested a maintenance routine.
He saved us from spending around $10k!
We will definitely be using this company again at all our properties.
