Small Appliance reviews in Fort Pierce, Florida

This experience was great because of the technician Jared. From the moment he entered our home Jared was so polite, he put us at ease, and he made us smile. He fixed the first issue in just a few minutes, he listened to our other concerns, and he fixed an issue caused by the install crew back in November. The first tech we had a month ago was awful, he did want to hear about anything, he was curt, short, and terrible at customer service. He told us very bluntly that he couldn’t do anything about issues that we were having unless it was happening while he was there or the fridge was broken and we lost our food. That was his idea of customer service. To be clear that is not Jetsons philosophy nor business practice this was just one bad employees feelings.
I am very grateful that he will never be at our home again, but he could’ve fixed the problem as Jared did, but instead he blew us off and said “water pressure” is different in all houses. I know water pressure is different in different homes, but our last fridge water was fine, and the ice maker was great. New fridge, same pressure, no ice, and getting 24 ounces of water took 2-3 mins to fill. Thanks to Jared he fixed the very simple issue because he listened.
The staff who are working in the service center office, making the appointments, and running the dispatch are wonderful. They help fix any issues they can on the phone & they also are wonderfully kind & helpful. -
Our washer pump died, and since we bought it from Jetsons we thought they'd be the best choice for a repair. lol. lmao even. called March 9th, earliest appointment was March 18th. Annoying, but doable. Morning of the 18th my husband calls, they apparently have us down the 19th, which first he did the original call on speaker so both of us heard the 18th but second we wouldn't have agreed to the 19th because we literally will not be home to receive a technician. Next available appointment the 27th? Incredible levels of incompetence. Another place got us in for Friday no problem. Take your money to better smaller businesses

I was placed on telephone hold for 20 minutes just to find out that they didn't have the part I needed.

Gentleman came about an hour early to repair my Washer and To tighten my Dryer Door..No Mask ..No Booties..Supplied him with my Mask and gave him My Booties that he never took off when he left and wore them straight out of my front door to his Truck..
I wanted the Dryer Door tightened because when we first had it the door would be really snug and took alot to open it which meant the heat was staying inside the dryer and we weren't losing it ..He said the Door was fine...No Tightening necessary...Washer was leaving black little pieces of what I thought was a Bad Seal or Some kind of rubber which was spoting on some fabrics when we washed them like a magnet an others not so much...we saved these pieces inside of a white cup to show him..
He called whoever he spoke to..describing the pieces and gave him the Model number and I'm assuming Serial number of our Washer..Turns out he said the guy told him we need to use a Washing Machine Cleaner several times as it's fabric Softener buildup...Which I find odd as We Don't Use Fabric Softener Ever...So be it...
If this happens again after Using the Washing Machine Cleaner like he said I will be Calling Jetson Again...I never want the guy that came out to me Today to come back to my home..Didn't know A thing about anything..Did Nothing..Wore no Mask or Booties...Waste of my time and Energy.... -

Called for tech to come out and reverse the door to my dryer. Service rep said they had to come out once to determine the problem then go back and order the part - resulting in TWO (2) visits. I had already contacted the manufacturer and found out it could be done and it would require a new clip. So I suggested the tech read the manual, order the part and THEN come out to do the job in one visit. Jetson rep said they don't do it that way. When I said that wasn't necessary - two visits- her response: Well why don't you just order the part yourself." Are you kidding me? Isn't that their job??? I told her I'd find a reputable service to do the job on ONE visit. I forgot to add I'll also find another appliance store to provide my tv's and appliances from now on.

I purchased a New Fridge May 2024 from another Appliance Dealer in Fort Pierce and have had an awful time getting it fixed.
I was told they couldn't deal with it anymore and Call the Main # of the Fridge Maker.
Got nowhere .. I called Jetson and Dana got the transfer of my Coverage to Jetson. I have an Appointment for Monday.
I'm 82 and a Widow and have lived in St lucie County for 54 years.
I am so Thankful for Dana in Service..Jetson Cares... -
I bought a top of the line Whirlpool washer from them this summer and it never cleaned right. All of our clothes would always come out dirty no matter what cycle or setting I had it on. I complained to the service department and they came out and would just say it was fine. Then over thanksgiving the agitator plate broke and they had to order a new part for it. The guy tells me he’s never seen this happen before to such a new unit. So I went without a washer for over a week with Flu A in our house. Then just a few weeks later it kept saying the load was off balance and couldn’t finish the cycle no matter what I did. It took over 12 hours to finish one load. I sent videos to them again explaining this. Didn’t get anywhere. Then a couple of days after that I was trying to do another load and heard this awfully loud noise that I had heard the first time the agitator broke and looked in the machine to find the entire agitator had detached from the bottom, was cracked up the middle and pieces of plastic all throughout my kids clothes. I was told they could send a service guy out, but to do what?! They didn’t have an entire new agitator piece to fix it. And the people on the phone at the service dept told me that’s all they could do. So now I was going to go into Christmas break without a washing machine again. So I was late to work to go into the store and beg the sales manager to help me. The service dept was even difficult with him about bringing me a loaner until they could “fix” my machine. So finally they bring the loaner. The first load I do with it it floods my laundry room floor with water. And also made all my clothes smell musty and old. My $3k unit is now sitting in my garage btw. So after spending all this money with them and buying the extended warranty it’s been a nightmare. I will never purchase an appliance from them again. They clearly don’t want to take care of their loyal customers and will leave them with damaged, broken appliances at any cost. Buyers beware! I’ve heard many very similar stories to ours.

We’ve been waiting 8 months and counting for a replacement door that was damaged when Jetsons delivered our appliance. They said they’d get it replaced but failed to mention that it may take 6-8 months. It’s been 8 months and they still have no update and don’t seem to care at all. Stay away at all costs. They sell you a full suite of kitchen appliances, do shoddy installs and never fully commit to actually service your appliances even after spending more on their “extended warranty”. 14 calls and still waiting. Just terrible service.
