This is NOT a appliance repair company. It's a referral service and you don't know who you will get. Here I'm thinking the service will be preformed by a Geneva technician no I'm getting a technician from Chicago Heights , IL and as of this writing a no show.

My Goodman air conditioner broke down and I called for repair…..The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed within an hour. Great service💤💤

I will update my review if they make it right. Two days in a row they were no-shows, which is frustrating when they give you a 3-hour time window to wait for a repair technician. I called them based on other people's positive reviews, so it's important to note that in my case they wasted my time.
