I've worked on several different roofing projects with the team in oakland since i purchased my home. They helped me with my roof and gutter repairs, as well as installing skylights. Malachi and his crew are always professional and take care of the job quickly. Their prices are reasonable and their work is always better than expected. I highly recommend them to do any gutter or roofing job. And i will definitely use them again.

Sarah and her crew did an excellent job replacing our old wooden deck with a sleek composite one. They were quick, professional, and kept the area tidy throughout the process. Our backyard looks amazing now, and we've received many compliments from friends and family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their outdoor space.

Luis came recommended to us from a trustworthy coworker. He did not disappoint! We hired him to replace our gutters. It was a flawless job and was very reasonable. After some storm damage to our roof, he replaced it a couple of months ago. We are thrilled with the outcome. Very professional work and an all-around great guy to deal with. He made the process of repair and insurance easy. It's hard to say enough great things about this contractor!

Updated from a few weeks ago, we experienced a large wind/rainstorm around 3 months later. Not one single shingle was missed or even slightly off-place. The quality of the work continues to impress me! !

We had a time crunch due to a planned trip and the crew did everything they promised and on time. We had 2 small rust spots after a few weeks and they took care of it, also as promised. I would recommend this company for pool resurfacing for sure.

Elite Pool Designs of Gibsonton Florida deserves far more than the five star review we gave them when they built our pool more than a year ago. We were extremely pleased with the entire process, effective communication and follow up during the original installation. Unlike many of neighbors that installed pools when we did we have had no issues with the installation or equipment. Communication is a breeze with them and they are extremely responsive. We highly recommend them for pool design and installation.

Like most homeowners I spent hours researching pool installation companies. I am so thankful I decided to use Elite Pool Designs. The owner Robert promised me they would build our dream pool to perfection and he did not fall short of that promise. Additionally, every employee was a pleasure to work with and kept in constant communication throughout the project. Starting such a huge project as installing a pool can be troubling, given the risks of hiring a shady/undependable company to do the work and the horror stories you hear. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work.

We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool".

After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure.

Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool!

For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Went with Elite because the price was the best. As the project was completing, we realized they had removed items from the bid. When asked about it they said we should have known it wasn’t in the contract. Do not trust their prices!

Robert and his team do a great job the cleanest job site I've ever seen great communication sticks to the construction schedule I built other pools in the past and Robert and elite pool team blows everybody away the most honest punctual and the best service that I've ever had thank you elite pools and Robert for transforming my backyard

Elite Pools was fantastic to work with, we met with Joyce and she designed the perfect pool to fit our needs. The owner(Robert) spoke with us gave us a rough timeline and from start to finish they got to work and got it done! We were nervous because we heard so many nightmares about pool companies, but once we met with them we were no longer felt that way. Any issues that may have come up along the way and even after our pool was installed they were right there! I highly recommend Elite Pools to anyone looking for a new pool installed or pool repairs. You will not go wrong using this company. Robert was there the day the pool started and has even come by to check our equipment and make sure we were happy with everything.

Terrible experience! They never set up the automation, so it still doesn’t work. They had me pull up all my patio pavers so I cpuld widem my driveway, and didn’t bother to check and they were different sizes and colors. $10k+ and I had to redo it! The pool design makes no sense! The Hayward filter broke and had to be fully replaced in less than 2 years! I wish I could undo it, but I’m stuck. Save yourself!
