Overall amazing service. The TLDR version is the process was simple and quick. Just book the service and you can consider it done.

The longer version… I called in the morning to get a quote to have a young oak tree trimmed because it was impeding our sidewalk. They came out that afternoon. The quote we got was a fair price. We called a few other places and they were more expensive and had caveats like, “we can go lower but we won’t take any of the trimmings”. After hearing stuff like that we went with beaver tree, because there weren’t any asterisks in the service and the price was great. We scheduled service a few days after the quote and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived early, and trimmed our tree and took away all the trimmings and even gave us tips if we wanted to maintain it ourselves. In and out in less than an hour. And the tree looked great afterwards. It wasn’t butchered or thinned out. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

DO NOT use this company! My husband and I came home to this company cutting a tree on our property that had a branch in the neighbor's yard. We asked for a permit which allowed for 1 branch to be cut. The tree was missing at least 2 main branches and debris was all over our driveway. My husband was angry and asked to see the permit. The one employee verbally assaulted my husband while he was on our property! I recored video of the exchange and you can hear one of the other employees telling the other guy "you're going to lose your job." I called the company to talk about the incident and the first woman I spoke to hung up on me. I then contacted the owner, Rebecca, who insisted we had met. I told her I had not. She said "no we met when I was on your property and you asked me to leave." (she was referring to the neighbor on the other side who walked outside one day to find this company in her backyard without her permission!). I explained to Rebecca that she was referring to the other neighbor and that we had never met before. Rebecca then says to me "oh well I just spoke to that neighbor and she's very happy." Of course I then text my neighbor to ask if she had just spoken with Rebecca and she told me she had not. So obviously Rebecca lied to me during our conversation. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They have NOT done any work for me, but twice I have had to clean up after them. Each time it was wood chips that splasher out of their OPEN truck. They are nice enough to blow off the sidewalks and driveways but they blow it into the grass and those chips are flying missiles when you mow. I have never seen such a mess after a tree company has left a job site, wood chips all over, sticks hanging on the fence and drink containers in the bushes. Usually after a tree service leaves a job site you can not see any evidence that they had been there, but not this group. WHAT A MESS

They removed a tree for us and damaged our sprinkler system. Contacted them to let them know and we were advised someone would call us back within two days. No one called back. We had to fix damage ourselves due to water leaking.

I called on Monday and left a message. Someone called me back within a few minutes and said they could send someone out the following day between 9-11 to trim my palm trees. The next day comes and no one shows up until noon. The crook quotes $50 a palm tree for a small queen palm and a pygmy palm. He said something along the lines of he can find easier work and charge more for it. He said he would call us back in a few minutes to see if we want the work done....never heard from him. Found another company who cut both trees for $20 total.

Left branches everywhere including their drinks and water bottles -crushed a large portion of plants and did not offer to reimburse, left sawdust everywhere and never cleaned up, went over each project twice with them and still did not do all requested items as discussed. Previous crews did a good job, new crew sucked. Broke water pipe as well- they fixed it but still leaking so we had to repair.

I never leave reviews, but this one, I am. I contacted BEAVER’S TREE SERVE for some work to be done in front of my house and the backyard. Rodger came and gave me a quote on everything that was going to be done. When the day came and he said he finished, I came out to check the work. He didn't completely finish the job we had spoken about. He started asking for more money to finish the job, after we had come to an agreement on the quote he had given me. He wanted to charge me $800 more to finish his job. Please do your research before using this company. And if you decide to use them, MAKE SURE YOU GET CLEAR QUOTES that you understand what he writes. Be very clear with him before he starts any work. We called this organization to trim back some trees for us and get rid of some dead branches. Roger came out to give us a quote. We walked by every bush. He and I discussed, and I agreed to the service. The date that they agreed to come out, Roger never showed up, he sent some kid with two helpers who butcher our trees. They did not do what we asked them to do and now, one of the largest trees in our yard is a ruined. I would never ever use them again, and I would not ever recommend them to anyone else , they’re terrible. They will not do what you ask them to do. I continually called their office and I was promised a phone call back from Roger which never came so they won’t even help us by replacing the tree. Do Not Use This Company.
