I had scheduled a time for them to come out. Kept texting me about coming when we had already agreed on a date and time. Then failed to show up and answer my calls. Sent a text message and left me on read. Very very very poor customer service and business practices. Then went on to bash me through text message. -100/100

Christian did an exceptional job in replacing my irrigation timer. They arrived on time, did an excellent job of explaining what had happened to cause my old timer to malfunction, and were pleasant to work with.

Christian and his team installed sprinklers efficiently to ensure the plants in pots would also get water and made sure that the grass removed to add the piping stayed alive and back were it was. We called Senrra Sprinkler's Professional Repair LLC when we discovered that several sprinklers in our yard were not firing according to the timer, and that there was a leak in a pipe. They did it the same day and found the problem quickly - it came down to loose module in our timer unit, making the fix easy and saving a lot of time and money. They fixed the leak at the same time. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.
