Pathetic service . Put me and my family in danger of fire hazard. Never trust this company. All 5 star reviews seem fake based on my experience.Stay away. Updated review in response to business’s reply: Aug 23 2022. ——Really happy to see that the company had time to post such a long story (with enough manipulation to make it look like they did everything perfectly). Note they didn’t have time to pick our call during business hours and any sensible customer will understand the reason. Now that review is posted they have to reply to prove they are skillful. See below the truth
1. Yes true he mentioned about replacing the receptacle. But from the error while charging EV isn’t it common sense to understand problem was not with receptacle. As mentioned in our initial review the receptacle was high quality and was not faulty. EV approved electrician just fixed the grounding.
2. He was arguing with me that there was no issues with his work/ connection from the minute he entered the property. He said he knows better that electrical engineers and engineers don’t know basics of home wiring. All this because I mentioned I was an electrical engineer and asked him questions about grounding. So after a while I understood his argument/claims were senseless as he even said EV charger might be faulty. As I work from home and had no time listening to his long lectures about how great he is , I asked him to leave politely saying we will check with EV manufacturer.”
3. Once the approved electrician fixed the grounding ,we emailed and called multiple times to ask for refund for the work and time they wasted in addition to the danger our family was exposed.
With all due respect, if the business is not ready to settle this amicably by agreeing to the mistake and take steps to avoid such incidents in future I am going to take legal support to get the electrician’s license revoked for the risky electric work performed. We have enough proof to proceed that route. Doing improper wiring itself is irresponsible right ? So if they are not even acknowledging the mistake after all the details shared and take steps to avoid future occurrence, then as a citizen I feel morally obliged to do what is in my capacity to stop this company/ electrician from putting other families in danger including fire hazard.

I had a great experience today with Streamline Electric. I needed 3 ceiling fans installed, and a bathroom vanity light fixture installed. My technician, Tavis, was professional, efficient, and friendly. I was comfortable with this gentleman in my home during the Covid-19 pandemic. And I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs electrical work done.
