One day when I came out of my house, I saw a group of professional workers cutting down the tree for my neighbor. Charles, who is the owner said hello to me with a smile on his face. Why not use him to trim my big tree in my mess backyard? I asked for his business card, and then several days later I decided to invite him to come over to do the job.

As a foreigner, I was a little nervous because I had been fooled by lots of contractors. They either came late or overcharged me. But I made the right decision. Charles and his team came right on time. They trimmed my tree, and cleaned everything in my backyard. What I didn't tell you is that the price is very affordable.

Charles knows how to take care of his customers, and make them want to come back all the time. Not because of lower price, but good service and positive attitude. I'm professor in an university. Charles made a joke saying that he would like to learn a management lesson from me, in order to better business. I told him that he already understands the business.

Believe or not, I just called him yesterday. My next project is waiting for him!

Charles did a great job on my yard installing sod. He was very flexible to adding in last minute things and really knowledgeable about taking care of the grass. Repairing my sprinklers was an easy task for him as well. Overall great job, would definitely hire him again.

Called Charlie Saturday morning, he came and looked at my project, gave me a fair price and on a handshake, set up to lay two pallets of sod on Sunday. Charles, the owner, & his associate, Harry, are wonderful! We hired Charles to do a spring cleanup of our property including leaf blowing, pruning, mulching & power washing.
