I’ve been following your service and really admire the reputation you’ve built for quality cleaning in the florida area.
I noticed a small but expensive gap: when your team is on-site or it’s after-hours, potential clients often hit a voicemail. In this industry, if a caller doesn't reach a live person, they usually call the next company on Google immediately.

Terrible service and highly unprofessional. The cleaning was mediocre at best, and they clearly have serious communication issues. You make a payment, they fail to verify it, and then start contacting your personal contacts claiming you haven’t paid. They show absolutely no respect for customer privacy. Do not hire this service under any circumstance.
After this cleaning was "done", i still got charged a $130 cleaning free from the property. Thats how bad they cleaned.
DO NOT HIRE!!!!
