We have had an issue with our parking lot lights for weeks. Multiple companies came out and nobody could get it corrected until Joel from Bates showed up. Joel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found the solution to our problem and got it done. Highly recommended!

Sean was an excellent technician and performed the work with good communication and skill.
The overpriced comment reflects our disappointment with the $125 service charge on top of the fixture installation and assembly which we were not notified of in advance of the scheduled installation.

Our lights weren’t working and we thought maybe it was the wires. We called Philip Hebert of Bates Electric to investigate. He quickly identified the issue and was able to resolve it in one day for us. It wasn’t the wires but another issue that he was able to resolve. Phillip was super nice and knowledgeable. We required some services for installation of a ceiling fan, smart switches, and smart fire alarms. Joel Was very helpful and very professional. He answered all of our questions and he was very efficient as well. He even gave us a few helpful tips. We will certainly ask for their services again.

Jorge is an excellent electrician. I called him because I was having problems with my breakers and some appliances. He answered my call immediately, came by house the following day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my electrical panel. He and his team are punctual, polite, and do excellent work. I called to have outdated light fixtures replaced with new, old outlet receptacles replaced with updated ones, & I needed a repair on an outlet receptacle that had been pushed back into the drywall.
