Great customer service. Technician on site was professional, worked efficiently to complete grout cleaning in timely manner. Very happy with outcome!

I hired them to clean a bedroom carpet, and their cleaner broke a mirrored chest with their equipment. It just cost me $252 to repair the chest, and they would not reimburse me after at least a dozen phone calls with them. Their cleaner denied that he damaged the chest (which he did, and did not tell me about until I discovered it later in the day.) They offered to give me services from their company for the $252, but I never would want them in my house again.

If I can give them negative star, I would love to do that. I called them three day before my lease expires to clean the carpet. They agreed to do so but later they even didn’t receive my call as a result of which I was forced to pay 300$ to my leasing company for not cleaning the carpet. I suggest all of you never contact them for this job.

I have asthma and I just had all my a/c vents plus the dryer vent cleaned and I could tell the difference already!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN!

I hired this company to clean air ducts, carpet in multiple rooms and clean and restore - marble flooring. Company only had 1 technician who only spoke Spanish. Had to call office multiple times for translation.
He also showed up without a change of shoes, shoe covers or adequate towels or plastic to avoid damaging property.

Technician did not clean up after self (had to personally vacuum dust from air vents, supply my own towels from leaking water hose when cleaning carpet (on hardwood floors). Technician asked for water 3-4 times and as courtesy provided to him. Did not have the decency to pick up,and left partial bottles if water in various locations of house including driveway.

Technician came twice and both times he would EMPTY WHITE SOLVENT FLUID ON MY RECENT CLEANED DRIVEWAY. Did not have the decency to empty drainage from pump on street.

I expressed my frustration multiple times to office mgr - Anna, and were given excuses for technician's actions as if my expectations were too high.

Tried to give company a second shot to make up for one of the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD...only got worse. Sent SAME TECHNICIAN to clean and restore Marble (Crema Mar fil) flooring in kitchen and Den. Technician did NOT prep leather sectional and baseboards adequately, getting solvent on it and stripping some of paint from baseboards. Technician spent 2.5 hours on 1/2 of room, when Mgr who did prior inspection stated that could get whole job done in 8-10 hours. However not with 1 incompetent Technician, spilling water everywhere on kitchen cabinets, as well as solvent on other 1/2 of floor not cleaned.

Despite voicing and showing pics of the damages done, company still had the audacity to make me pay for HALF OF A JOB (WHERE LESS THAN 1/4 OF IT WAS COMPLETED). Now have to higher flooring expert to repair extra damage done by this company.

I had an unexpected HVAC replacement and Jay fit me in on short notice for a whole house duct cleaning, dryer duct and vent at a very fair price for less than a 24 hour notice!
The bilingual technician arrived within the prescribed time window.
He was polite, efficient and professional and requested permission before entering any rooms.
He cleaned the vents thoroughly, the ceiling around them and the ducts. He went the extra mile for me.
You'd be surprised to see how much stuff is inside there!

I recently hired Fresh Cleaning for steam cleaning my couches, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job revitalizing the upholstery. I have a Great Dane that loves sitting on my couches, and Fresh Cleaning left them looking like new! Nice fresh scent too! I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for top-notch steam cleaning. I will definitely be using them again!

I have used them 3 times and always forget to leave a review . I am surprised by some of the negativity but I guess we tend to make more of an effort to be negative than positive. For me personally it has always been great, they are so patient with all my questions and treat me like family. The techs I have had are always so respectful and professional .the service is always so good on KY carpet but mostly I love how they show up and how they treat me. I have called last minute and they go above and beyond to accommodate me, and never rip me off. I really like these guys !

Fresh cleaning management cleaned the carpet in my house, upholstery and dining table chairs. This is the second year that we have hired their service and on both occasions, they have done an excellent job, in addition to the customer service being very smooth and kind. I strongly recommend their service.
