My AC started making a strange grinding noise one weekend. Didn't want to wait until Monday so I looked for emergency AC Repair options. Found HelloCool AC Repairs and they actually answered the phone on Saturday. Technician arrived within a couple hours, diagnosed a failing blower motor, and had the replacement part on his truck. Fixed it that same day. He took time to show me the worn-out part and explained why it happened. House cooled down fast after that, and no more weird sounds. Reasonable weekend rate too. Definitely keeping their number handy now.

After work one evening I noticed the house felt stuffy even though the thermostat was set low. Turns out the AC wasn't blowing cold air at all. A coworker had mentioned using hvac contractors from HelloCool AC Repairs before, so I gave them a call. They scheduled a visit for the next morning. The guy who came was polite, put on boot covers before coming inside, and ran diagnostics on the whole system. He discovered low refrigerant and a small leak that he sealed properly. Recharged the system and tested everything twice. Now the air is ice cold again and the energy bill has already dropped. He also suggested changing the filter more often, which I appreciate. Solid work all around.

The new unit is so quiet compared to the old rattling one, and the temperature stays even throughout the house now. Cooling costs are noticeably lower too. The whole process went smoothly from quote to finish.
