This guy is terrible. He is part of choices program and I had 3 claims on an ac unit that works for 1.5 months and then breaks again. He does NOT know what he is doing and to get him there was impossible as he is unreliable. AVOID!!!!

Ray was very efficient in resolving our broken air conditioning which wasn’t cooling. He was punctual and diagnosed the problem immediately and by the next day he had the AC running up again. We were very appreciative to have it resolved so quickly.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Rainier knew how fix the issue our air conditioner was experiencing.

TechPro is the real deal! I had an AC issue at my place in Palmetto Bay and they showed up fast and got it fixed even faster. The tech was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything clearly, and the price was more than fair

they are one of the service vendors for choice home warranty. They are great responsive friendly know exactly what they’re doing. If you need a good air conditioning mechanic this is the company to use. Choice Home Warranty needed a week to repair my system. Called tech pro and it was fixed the next day. Great company. Highly recommended!

Tech pro came to my home before allotted time( called first). Examined unit, told me and showed me what was wrong and that he would be back next day to replace. Came back as promised, in a timely manner and replaced part. My A/C is working again! Cold air blowing!

TECHPRO was very professional and easy to communicate with. My appointment was originally scheduled for the next morning, but my AC needed urgent repair. I reached out to them, and they were able to come that same afternoon. They fixed the problem in just about ten minutes, incredibly fast and efficient! Highly recommended.

Made an appointment with TECHPRO, because my home central A/C stopped cooling. They contacted me a day before my scheduled appointment and said they could fit me in earlier if I wanted. I enthusiastically said yes.

They were able to diagnose my problem within a minute of arriving, and replaced a blown capacitor in about 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I am cool again.

Where do I start….. if I can give Rey and his team 10 stars, I would. Prior to working with Techpro, I’ve dealt with HORROR companies, scammers, and pure hell; two companies prior to Techpro wanted to charge me $900 for a $20 piece, I denied their service, and then come to find out it wasn’t even the issue that needed repair!! I am BEYOND thankful to have came across Techpro because I truly know that I can rely on them to fix my issue, while continuing to being fully transparent and honest. I can’t recommend anyone else!
