Reviews of local pros in Hialeah Gardens, Florida

Great price, and even better service. I called them to pressure wash my driveway and the job was done in less than two hours! Highly recommended!

Excellent Job pressure washing my driveway. Very thorough and great customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

Super happy with the job they did! They painted my house and pressure washed the driveway, and everything came out looking amazing. The owner really knows his stuff and took his time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work. Definitely recommend if you want someone reliable who does a great job.

Awesome service. They left my roof brand new with a soft wash. Smooth process and Michael is super friendly and professional.

I recently hired Chilly pressure washing & paint corp for pressure cleaning services, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did an outstanding job on my driveway, roof, and pool areas. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to ensure every inch was spotless and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. My driveway looks brand new, the roof is free of any grime, and the pool area is sparkling clean. I highly recommend Chilly pressure washing & paint corp for anyone in need of top-notch pressure cleaning services. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I hired this company for all 3 of my properties. Wow they are amazing. Super friendly and professional. They did a full house wash and roof wash and all my properties. Best pressure washing company.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michael was beyond professional and respectful. He was able to get my driveway looking clean again in a short amount of time. Michael was very cautious with my property and has a very fair prices in comparison to other estimates I’ve gotten. I recommend this company 💯

He did a great job and came super fast, same day as we called. Happy with the service will use and recommend again.

Michael and Jose were very professional and offered a good price. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again. They offered advice for sealing and painting as well. They kept the street and driveway clean while working - you couldn’t find water anywhere in the street when they were done.

Chilly Pressure Washing & Painting Corp was a great investment. Haven’t had our family house roof cleaned in about 10+ years and without a doubt, they’ve helped CLEARLY! The results are clear as day, unfortunately the lighting was a bit off but the roof has been left spotless. Chilly Pressure is very persistent with communication and will tell you how the outcome will come out and steps ahead for the future in protecting your home. This was a great investment and we will be sharing with friends!

Absolutely stunning work from this company. They did an amazing roof soft wash. I also hired them to do a full house wash. I totally recommend this company.

The pressure washer guy came today and did a great job. Very friendly, started right away, and finished surprisingly fast. Our 20 ft high marble wall had some mortar stains from the installation, which he removed without any problems. There were also some mortar stains in the driveway, and he got rid of those just as easily. I talked to several companies, and he had by far the fairest price. Thanks again for the great work!

My roof and sidewalk look awesome. Did a great job cleaned up after the job. Would recommend Chilly Pressure Cleaning for sure. Very professional, punctual, great communication always took my calls. Thanks Michael

Great job! They came out and did an excellent roof cleaning. Very professional. They also cleaned my walls and windows of my house. 10 stars.

Michael was amazing! Awesome communication very punctual. My tile looks like new and clean also gave me a special on my roof at one of my other properties. I would recommend this 100% to anyone who is unsure of his professionalism, i had my doubts trusting a small business but it paid out 100% thank you very much again and will be in touch soon

1st Review: I had a 1BR/1BA cleaning a few months ago and never posted a review. The service was outstanding and customer interface easy to use via the website, and I like the prices. I was absolutely stoked and I’ll be using them again this week!

I absolutely loved Flat Rate Maids!!!! I usually have to spend every Sunday cleaning my apartment, wasting half my weekend! I called the company and scheduled an appointment for the next day easy peasy! Customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived home after a long day of work to an extremely clean house! I have very high standards with the way I clean and was very impressed by the level of detail used when cleaning my apartment, all for a very affordable price! 10/10 would recommend to use these guys!
