If you need it they have it. I made 20 calls one day......19 didn't have it, Sobyco did. Prices are better than avg, and the staff is very knowledgeable. My company will definitely be back.

I see a lot of good reviews here which is great for a small business in our area, but I guess I had bad luck today when I walked in with my dad who is 70+ to buy some supplies.
Sales rep started treating my dad like if he was an ignorant, when he would ask or answer a question. I explained to him we were not GCs nor electricians and all we were doing was asking for his "expert" advice and help to what he became very rude. Perhaps he doesn't realized that when you don't help a customer or treat one without respect him/her may never came back and that will have an effect in revenue and eventually his salary.
Maybe he was having a bad morning, in any case stay home or don't be a sales rep for the day. Customer service is key for any business to succeed.
Kudos to the owner for all the great reviews !!!!

Excellent customer service, the store is well maintained, large inventory , professional staff.
