We hired GCES to renovate our home. Alexis Lopez and his incompetent assistant Oliver Schlecht failed miserably. We have filed a six-page complaint against them at the Florida DBPR and Attorney General.

We hired GCES through mr. Oliver Schlecht for the renovation of our apartment. Despite his friendliness and apparent professionalism, he was a complete frode. He not only failed completely to deliver beyond the demolition stage but all the constructions he managed to carry on were later found full of faults from the new contractor. He didn't apply for permits as he was claiming to do. He used part of the money for personal needs (claiming a terminal ill disease in the family). Always blaming his associates for work executed poorly. As a result, we had to end the contract with GCES after 4 months of delay from the original time of delivery (a total of 9 months of "work") with a loss of more than 20k in unfinished work and damages. Mr Schlecht disappeared. We later found out that his contractor license was suspended and he was operating illegally using mr. Alexis Lopez name. Mr. Lopez just appeared at a meeting with our lawyer for the termination of the contract playing the clueless and pretending no association with mr. Schlecht. Filing a complaint to the Florida DBPR and Attorney General will follow after this. These people needs to be stopped!

Oliver has been working at our building doing everything from paint, to concrete restoration and total renovation of our amenities. I will definitely recommend him to other buildings as well have him do my projects for other condo buildings.

I kid this group in being too german in everything except how they treat customers. Meaning they are very professional, timely, respectful, organized and the quality of their work is outstanding. When it comes to how they treat their customers... it changes to full latin, meaning they are very hospitable, smooth, kind and all around a pleasure to have for your project. Couldn't recommend them any higher!!!

From highend custom built entertainment cabinetry installations, to redesigning walls & new doors, to installing large master custom closets and remodeling a complete kitchen. Their crew always arrived as indicated, prepared & protect the area, minimize dust and took excellent care of my clients home. Each and every time they delivered more then expected and my clients love them!

Warning!! DO NOT ALLOW YOUR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION TO ISE THIS COMPANY FOR ROOF REPAIRS. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE BUILDING THEY ARE WORKING ON. THEY PUT YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE IN DANGER OF HARM BY ALLOWING NON ENGLISH SPEAKING WORKERS THROW TILE, DEBRIS AND WHATEVER THEY WISH OFF A THREE STORY BUILDING. THEY MAKE A MESS. THEY LEAVE PLASTIC DEBRIS IN TREES, BOARDS WITH NAILS LYING AROUND, CHUNKS OF TILE IN THE GRASS. THEY USE BLOWERS TO BLOW TILE DEBRIS OFF THE ROOF. THEY DO NO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OF THEIR WORK SCHEDULE. THEY DO NO USE ANY SIGNS THAT WOULD ALLOW RESIDENTS TO KNOW WHEN OR WHERE THEY WILL BE WORKING. THEY DO NO ATTEMPT TO FIND RESIDENTS TO MOVE VEHICLES OUT OF HARMS WAY. THEY THROW DEBRIS INTO A/C UNITS. THEY ARE ARROGANT, IGNORANT AND LEAVE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AROUND THE BUILDING FOR STORAGE WHEN NOT IN USE. THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO HAVE AROUND YOUR RESIDENCE.
