I feel compelled to express my gratitude to Samuel and Kristopher for their assistance during a warranty service process. Our swimming pool had a problem where we couldn't utilize the 'cleaner port' as there was zero suction coming from it. Samuel and Kristopher organized three separate visits from pool cleaning technicians, a visit from the pool's original plumber, and finally a 'leak detection' team who successfully solved the issue. This entire process took quite a bit of time, but what matters most is that Samuel and Kristopher were always available to answer any queries, schedule the subsequent visit, or simply reassure us that everything would turn out fine. And indeed, everything did. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Samuel and Kristopher for their dedication and support!

since moving to Hialeah 3.5 years ago, i've been using the services of Total Pool Spa Care. They've been incredibly helpful in addressing my questions, performing weekly pool maintenance, and fixing any broken equipment. The team, including kristopher, jonah, and timothy, always goes that extra mile in their work. i couldn't be more satisfied! would strongly recommend them to anyone!!!

I'd like to take a moment to commend Samuel for his exceptional work, along with the individual who was handling phone calls on 11/28. They successfully turned a challenging situation into a much more manageable one. I am grateful for Samuel's prompt response to the issue. Thus far, Total Pool Spa Care has efficiently installed our pool light, pump, and salt cell in our pool, all within the recent months/weeks. We are based in Hialeah, and their service here has been nothing short of impressive.
