Called at 7 pm on a Friday because the upstairs stopped cooling and we had guests coming. AmazingCold actually answered the phone and sent someone out that same night! Tech diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it in 30 minutes, checked the whole system for free just to be sure nothing else was about to fail. Charged a fair after-hours rate and saved our weekend. That kind of AC Repair service is rare these days.

Woke up to a hot house and water all over the laundry room floor from the indoor unit. Called AmazingCold for emergency AC Repair and they had a guy here before 9 am. Cleared a completely clogged drain line, installed a safety switch so it won’t happen again, and checked refrigerant levels. Fixed in under an hour and saved our hardwood floors. Lifesavers.

Hired AmazingCold as our hvac contractors for a full replacement in our rental property. From the first call to the final walkthrough everything went smooth. They handled the permit, removed the old furnace and AC, installed new equipment and made sure thermostat was programable for tenants. Work passed inspection first try. Tenants are happy, landlord is happy, rent keeps coming in without complaints about temperature. Will use these hvac contractors again for sure.
