They did the UV light for my air conditioner & insulation and inspected my HVAC system to make sure everything is OK

The job was done in 2 stages. First day they did the ductwork, second day the insulation. Always on time and nice service

I call them on a Thursday they come over charge 250 for. Service and cleaning when they leave the temp shoots up to 85 I call thellFriday they will be over in an hour, that didn't happen. They don't pick up, no voicemail setup call them Saturday all day, nothing its after 10 on Monday, nothing. These guy do a bad job and they can't pick up the phone. They are striving to be out of business

They replaced my ducts and did the insulation. Im happy with them and the job they did. Very good

They installed a 5 ton Ruud unit in my house. It is way quieter than my old one. Night and day. Blows much stronger than the old one.

This company needs to be put out of business!!! Months ago they came to install a new unit at my mother in law residence. A week later it stops working and only blows hot air. When you call for someone to come fix it the advisor Kyle Nicholson lies and tells you someone is coming the next day. No one ever comes!! They try to tell you how to fix it over the phone instead of coming and seeing what the problem is. I do not recommend this company at all!

When it comes to air conditioning I look nowhere else. This is my go-to company. They never let me down

Used North Pole AC to get a new air conditioner. Clean job and the crew came on time. Will use them in the future

As a professional Residential Property Maintenance Company we use the services of various contractors to satisfy our clients needs. North Pole installed four or five units for us, but walked away from its warranty responsibilities in two separate opportunities with two brand new units they installed. Both times we asked them to look at them just to get no replies for weeks, or a we are sorry, but cannot cover that warranty. If you are looking for reliable service, that you can count on and make good on their commitments, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Jaime and his team are simply NOT trust worthy eith their word.
