My elderly tenant needed a quick response as his old unit was not working. Martin Air came out on the same day and worked late hours to complete the installation. They offered me a very fair price and the job was done professionally. As a property manager who works with contractors on a daily basis, I can say that this company is exceptional. I will use them for my future AC needs.

My AC was leaking water and clogged - they came and cleaned the coils inside and outside + made changing the filter more accessible! I called Grace on a Tuesday evening because of issues with ac not cooling. She agreed to come by the next day and kept her word. Very knowledgeable and fixed what was going on with the ac. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, great customer service, and with competitive pricing. I would recommend you to use Martin Air and Heating. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them. The response was not only quick but thorough as well! Had an issue with one of my units not cooling down one of the my back rooms in the house. Had called Martin Air and Heating. They arrived promptly and fixed the issue with the unit and had the AC cooling down my back room within the hour. Did not expect to get that type of service especially since the call was after hours and not during normal business hours of 8-5. So if you are looking for someone to help you out even after hours I will always recommend you to use Martin air and Heating.

Awesome service. She came and explained the whole procedure. I was impressed by the amount of dirt my condenser had because it had never been cleaned in 12 years. My old technician only cleaned my evaporator coils and my unit wad not longer cooling. After the service, now my unit feels like the first day.
