Very professional. Very knowledgeable. The installation crew is top notch. They are punctual, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction. In a world of cheap fly by night companies, Ivannova is a refreshing change. They really do raise the bar to levels that other companies can only dream of achieving. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Definitely a 5 star operation.

Eduardo Acevedo owner and CEO according to LinkedIn installed a faulty AC in May 2024. This air conditioner cost me $6000 instead of the $4000 that I later saw it for.

The weather was warm last year and my AC had died so I was in an emergency.

Acevedo told me the high price was because they guaranteed their work and that they would be doing services and the like and promised excellent service.

He had been recommended to me by someone who works in our building. It was an emergency and I trusted.

Now May 2025. It is broken down a year into it being installed. In fact since it’s installation, I’ve had to reboot it several times.

And Eduardo Acevedo refuses to come out now and see it because the last time I called them for service and they were unclear on the time and day they were sending someone—so the day the tech appeared I had had to leave on an emergency and texted them when told that morning without confirming the visit.

This may be how they make their money installing faulty machines, and then showing up for Tech Support without notifying, and then he wanted to charge me $85 for a visit that was useless. I didn’t know they were coming and I texted to let them know I was in urgent care. He didn’t care. He was a bully in his texts in fact.

When the machine was still under warranty, and in an emergency he was pompous and unyielding. I let it go after reporting to thenBBB. And fort now if I was ever billed for it.

I now called them a year later because the machine is broken down again and he refuses to service it. He sends me the texts from that period and tells me I didn’t pay the service they never made.

Stay away from them.

Unfortunately, I had not asked my neighbors before the emergency install , but when I commented it to the building, they had very bad reviews from our neighbors on him as well.

They overcharge they promise things they do not fulfill and they have terrible service follow up.

Acevedo is rude and I believe that their company runs on scamming people with bad installs, and terrible customer service.

I had a great experience with the company. They were very knowledgeable. They were timely. They accomplished all the work they promised at the price that they invoiced. They were willing to work with me over the weekend and even willing to come in and replace my air conditioner on Sundayif needed. I will be using them in the future and have already recommended them to my next-door neighbor.

Recently had my A/C replaced by them and how easy they made everything blew me away. I live in a condo and they give the association's overwhelming demands within 24 hours including the county permit. Had the work done within 48 hours of my first call with them after calling many companies. Just had the county's final inspection of the work and they said their work was flawless. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

I called Eddie and his crew at Ivannova Air Conditioning. They did a consultation to see if my unit was worth saving and unfortunately, my A/C unit did need replacing. They replaced my wall unit in a very professional manner, and they care to call you back to check on the status on your new unit . Folks that's what I call excellent 👌 service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ivannova. They did a great job and were able to do multiple projects in a short period of time. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your help.

Do not use this company. Steer clear of IvanNova Home Services. Horrible business tactics, completely unprofessional and aggressive. We were quoted a small fee and then blindsided by an unexpected $410 bill—all for some dead batteries and a blown fuse.

When we questioned the charge, we were met with hostile and threatening messages from Eddie, the owner. The situation became so serious that we had to change the locks at our Key Largo property for the safety of our guests

This is not a company you want to trust with your property or your peace of mind. Do not believe a word they say. The photo I attached speaks for itself on the way they treat their customers.

Not a good experience. Arrived late for the quote. Did not have the courtesy of letting me know they were going to be late. I was lied to 3x during the consultation and he could not fess up. Showed up late for the install and took just about 9 hrs bc they only sent 1 installer. The installer left my door open as if there were no bugs outside. I will not be referring them to anyone. I am not even sure if the system I choose is good based on the consultation. He was caught in his lies.

I’ll start this review by saying I should have known better because explaining my experience, some will agree and some will say they would have never done this. I used Ivannova because my father used them and he told me about the good experience they had. Unfortunately, I did not have the same. I couldn’t be home for the install of my new A/C unit because I have a job but my A/C went out and I needed to get it done because I have a daughter. So I trusted these guys enough (don’t ever do this with anyone) to come into my home and complete the work that needed to be done.

I cleaned my home the day before and my bathroom so they can have a clean place to work in and get the job done without any obstructions. But they were just another A/C company that can install a new unit. I come home to my A/C still not working and my house hot after being told the install was complete. The installer didn’t create the drain in a slope that the water can drain out the pan. I come home and find dry pee on my toilet bowl seat and it sucked worse because it was my daughter that called it out. It’s one thing that the installers might have needed water but it’s another thing when the installers go looking for stuff in your home and go in your fridge and take water and leave the water bottle out in your home. Parts and pieces they cut, they just left it outside my home on the floor. It doesn’t help that when the guy came to fix the drain pipe, the pieces he cut, he left it outside right in front of my door while I’m home. I was told I’d be compensated somehow from the same guy that came to my house and sold me the unit. I reached out and reached out and it has been 3 weeks since I should have been “compensated” because I had to wait for his manager to come back so he can talk to him and I was told that they had a training with the installers based on this. I also got air duct cleaning and told by the salesman that they show video of the cleaning as a standard. Never got any. It has been 3 weeks since reaching out and no solution. The salesman name was Alex Pascual. Yet, almost everyday from the day of installation, I was told to leave a review and get texts for leaving a review. I was hoping there would have been a good solution to all this so I can give them 5 stars but I can only give 2 stars because they at least have my house cold now. But you can get that with any A/C company and hopefully get better customer service. So the only problem with my experience is the terrible customer service. But this just happens to be a lesson learned as a first time 27 year old homeowner. But hey, I guess they got their sale and I guess I got my A/C fixed.
