Plumbing reviews in Hialeah, Florida

I recently had Champion Septic Tank create and install a custom concrete lid for my septic system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The old lid had started to crack, and I was worried about it causing bigger problems, but Champion came through for me. From the moment I called, the lady in the office was kind, professional, and quick to get everything scheduled. The team arrived on time, and they really knew what they were doing. They explained every step of the process so I wasn’t left wondering, and the care and precision they put into the job was clear from start to finish. The new lid fits perfectly, and it feels like such a relief knowing the system is secure again. Champion made the entire experience stress-free, and I’m so thankful I went with them. If you’re on the fence about which septic company to call, trust me, Champion won’t let you down!

As a general contractor, I called Champion Septic Tank to do an emergency pump out on a property that we are building a new construction. It had an existing septic tank that needed to be landlocked. They arrived at the property in less than an hour, and we were able to do the pump out and I didn’t have to stop anybody in my team. I would definitely recommend them super professional and fast.

Every year, like clockwork, I call Champion Septic Tank for professional storm drain cleaning and storm drain maintenance at the shopping center I manage here in Miami-Dade County. As the person responsible for keeping multiple businesses operating smoothly, especially during South Florida’s intense rainy season, I’ve learned the hard way how quickly storm drains in Miami and Broward can become clogged with debris, grease, sediment, and leaves. That’s why I never take chances—I always schedule Champion at the start of every rainy season for a full storm drain inspection and cleaning. They make sure every stormwater system is clear, optimized, and ready to handle the high water volume that comes with Florida’s storms. Trust me, the last thing you want is a flooded parking lot, property damage, or a fine from the city for failing to maintain your storm drain system. Champion Septic Tank always delivers; their crew is punctual, fully equipped, and highly professional. Their customer service is unmatched—every technician is friendly, hardworking, and clearly passionate about the job. They explain the process, show you what was blocking the drains, and make sure everything is flowing before they leave. Since working with them, I’ve had zero issues with flooding or backups, even during major storms. It’s a relief knowing the property is in full compliance with local regulations and protected from preventable damage. If you own or manage any commercial property in Miami, Doral, Hollywood, or anywhere in Broward County, I highly recommend Champion Septic Tank for storm drain cleaning in Miami, storm drain maintenance in South Florida, emergency drain services, and overall rainy season preparation. Don’t wait until it’s too late—get your storm drains cleaned and inspected now before the heavy rains hit. Champion is the team I trust, and you should too.

Very disappointed by the service provided. I called them to clean my Septic tank and they did in a way that it seems the easy way without digging the dirt out to find the tank's plug. So, a week later I called them and they charged me again buy doing the same thing. I feel their technicians did not know that to clean the tank they had to open it and not just going the easy way through the cleaning pipe. Yes, I have a problem with my drain field and it should had been identified the first time they went to clean it by opening the tank. So, I ended up calling a different company who took their time, dug the dirt out, open the tank and cleaned. They also fixed my drain field saving me thousand of Dollars. Out of courtesy, I called Champion Septic Tank and spoke with their representative and I explained to her that I did not feel it was fair as home owner being charged twice and I requested a reimbursement, but she always excused herself on the owner of the company. They never contacted me back. I wished I have had the opportunity to talk to owner of the company. Be Aware.

Running a commercial kitchen in Miami means staying on top of health regulations and keeping your grease trap in top shape at all times—and no one handles that better than Champion Septic Tank. After dealing with repeated issues from other companies that would come in, do a quick pump, and leave behind residue and odor, I knew I needed a real grease trap cleaning company that takes the job seriously. Champion completely changed the game for us. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism was evident. They scheduled us quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and brought all the proper equipment for a full grease trap cleaning service in Miami. Unlike other companies that only do surface-level work, Champion went deep: they removed all the solid grease, pressure washed the interior walls of the trap, flushed the lines, and made sure the entire system was up to local code. They even walked me through the entire process, provided full documentation, and issued a cleaning certificate that I was able to present during my next inspection. Since switching to Champion, my kitchen has had zero drainage issues, and I haven’t had to worry once about odors, clogs, or non-compliance fines. Their technicians are highly trained, respectful of the work environment, and they always leave the space cleaner than they found it. Whether your business is in Downtown Miami, Midtown, Wynwood, or Little Havana, I wouldn’t trust anyone else for grease trap pumping and cleaning in Miami.
