Robert R.(0493) was amazing! He went above and beyond to complete the job making sure my 85 year old mother had a hot bath this evening! Also, Lora in the office was great and kept me updated on ETA.

The techs were great and answered all of my questions. The service went quickly and I am very happy. I have called Roto Rooter for many issues over the years and am always glad I did!

He was very honest and efficient not to mention made sure I had all the right components so that my Toilet would work properly. I will definitely be calling roto rooter again in the future for any of my plumbing repairs. They have extremely high quality technicians that do their work at a reasonable price.

2 Stars because the plumber that came to my house was very nice and respectful if not it would be a solid 1 star. I contacted Roto-rooter because they "offer" free estimates but that was not the case.. I got charged $187 dollars for no done work at all. I called because my toilet was making a sound like it kept filling up and the plumber said that everything seemed good and no work had to be done but he still had to charge me because he "Inspected" the toilet which was very simple and mediocre as he flushed it and watched the water run down and that's it. I would not recommend this company for not being straight forward and taking advantage of a potential future customer. AFTER 3 months and a fake promise from Pat Swanson they do not care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from this company!

Great service, very polite. I called the company for an issue, Robert arrived in less than an hour, and in the next 30 mins he diagnosed the issue and we got a proposal. Was courteous, clear, and knowledgeable. 100% recommend Robert, and thanks to him we’ll certainly call the company again if any new issues arise!

Christopher and Robert came to see us quickly and promptly. They were calling earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Very professional, and explained everything that was going on with leak in the toilet. They were able to resolve the problem in a couple hours.
