I dont come to Hialeah alot but when i need something i always come to this specific hvac store.. been coming here since i been 19 years old and they have never failed me! Trustworthy and reliable

me llamo roy vivo en Miami.esta compañia dio servicio a la casa de mis padres y a la mia al mismo tiempo y no se la recomendaria a nadie,todo a sido un desastre,despuez de tratar por semanas q regresaran a mi casa para que arreglaran los aire volvieron en mas de 2 ocasiones y cuando trabajaban usaban piezas de uso cuando yo les pague los aires nuevos...realmente fue la peor experiencia que he pasado con una supuesta compañia de calidad y servivio..por favor busquence otra opcion porque de lo contrario tendran la peor de las compañias

After being a loyal customer for years, this was my last experience with them.
They charged me $345 for a simple A/C gas recharge that had cost $210 back in November 2024.

They claimed the technician was there for an hour and a half, which is not true. I arrived just 12 minutes after he did, as he was already in my parking spot, and when I left, my car was behind his as he was also leaving. I will review my security cameras just to confirm if he actually left at the same time as me.

I must highlight that no new diagnosis was done, nor was the gas leak ever located — they simply performed the same recharge as in all previous visits.
I received the invoice yesterday and called today to clarify. Although I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation, I proceeded to pay responsibly through the online link they sent via Gmail. I also made sure to confirm the transaction number over the phone, just to leave everything in order.

Still, I feel deeply disappointed. How can they treat a long-time, responsible customer like this? In the last two services, the gas lasted only 6 to 7 months due to a leak they were never able to find, yet they continued recharging without addressing the real issue.

I’m sharing this review as a warning to other customers: always note the technician’s exact arrival and departure times, and double-check your invoice carefully.

I will never call them again for maintenance.

Después de ser cliente por años, esta fue mi última experiencia con ellos.

Me cobraron $345 por una simple recarga de aire que en noviembre 2024 me había costado $210.

Alegan que el técnico estuvo 1 hora y media, lo cual no fue cierto. Vale destacar que dure 12 minutos en llegar cuando el estaba en mi parking, y al irme mi carro estaba detrás e iba de salida chequeare mis cámara solo para asegurarme si se fue cuando yo también lo hice.

Resaltó que NO hicieron diagnóstico nuevo ni nada distinto al servicio anterior, de hecho no detectaron la fuga del gas, solo hicieron la recarga del gas como todos los servicios anteriores, ayer recibí la factura y hoy llamé para aclarar dudas, no me quedé conforme pero aún así como una persona responsable procedí a PAGAR aún cuando no esté de acuerdo, ae realizó el pago vía el link online que ellos envían vía gmail y me aseguré en llamada de dejar constancia con el número de transacción, y así dejar todo en orden. Sin embargo decepcionada, como pueden hacer esto a un cliente de años que siempre ha sido responsable, atenta, incluso cuando en los 2 anteriores servicios el gas duraba 6 a 7 meses por la fuga de gas que hasta hoy en día nunca pudieron localizar.

Mi testimonio es más como referencia para otros cliente tomen nota apenas el técnicos hora de llegada y salida.

No los llamaré para mantenimiento nunca más.
