The company was recommended to me and I am ever so grateful for it.

The owner Gerardo came to my house right away and gave me all the information and pricing for installing a new AC. When the unit he planned to install was no longer in stock, he offered another more expensive brand at the same price.

His team, led by Armando, came two days later to remove my old unit and installed my new AC in a very tight space. They were very friendly, making sure that everything was in working order, and cleaned up after the installation was complete.

Gerardo followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the installation and that the team cleaned up.

I even had a split AC unit installed in my garage, which was also done right away. Yee was equally friendly, professional, and quick with the installation.

To show how great his customer service is, Gerardo went above and beyond when he immediately sent Armando out on a Sunday to repair an AC pump error that wasn't even made by his team. He just wanted to make sure my AC was able to function properly and that my house was cool. This was very much appreciated and demonstrates his good work ethic.

Cajuso Cooling did a GREAT job responding to my A/C issues. In less than 24 hours there was a tech to my apartment in plantation. He was so helpful and so knowledgeable he instantly identified the problem and resolved it with no hassle. 10/10 recommend them!

AC stopped working last night while my family slept. Gerardo and his company came recommended by a friend. He was able to send a technician by 9am. The tech was able to get the AC working again before noon. He and the technician were very professional, communication and service was excellent. I met the owner, told him a problem I had with putting a thermostat in. It was an older house and the wiring was not correct. He literally had a tech at the house within the hour. Upon arriving, he was able to show me that they had to run the proper wiring through the attic to be able to update the thermostat. Extremely polite team. Very professional and informing. They were very patient explaining everything! They now have a new client!
