When he came to the house he explained what he was doing and was transparent with what he could do to help us and even provided me with an plumber that could help me use a camera to identify the issue.

I have to say of all the companies I have dealt with in 30 years this is officially the best company to use. Whether it is there great attitude or fantastic work they are the absolute best. Even when I called in desperate need of a emergency pump out and line snake during Andrew's busy hours he still made it to me that day within an hour and did a wonderful job. If Andrew did anything, it was live up to his company name! I found him on Google and he immediately picked up the call and was on my property in less then two hours. Great price! Even better response time! I will definitely be using all star pumps on any future properties of mine.
