Constraction reviews in Hilliard, Florida

Quality Pipe Works did such a great job and was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to have plumbing work done. Very top notch and professional. Amazing service.

Had standing water in 2 places outside my home. Terry was able to assess both areas of concern, made recommendations, and completed the agreed upon repairs. Communication was top notch and everything was addressed professionally. Highly recommend and will save Terry’s contact information for any future concerns.

I highly recommend Quality Pipeworks. Terry, the owner, is very responsive and fit us in quickly for an emergent situation. As suggested in the name, we received quality and meticulous service and our issue was resolved most expediently. We will be using Quality Pipeworks for all our future plumbing needs. I simply cannot recommend them enough!

I'll never use another plumber so long as I live in northern Florida. Terry does amazing work. He's fast, efficient, and highly competent. Also just a good guy with a friendly disposition.

First time I used Quality Pipeworks Plumbing, but it won't be my last time. Very professional and efficient. Terry was on time and completed the work in the amount of time he quoted us. The company is named appropriately because Terry performed Quality work at a fair price.

I reached out to Quality Pipeworks after having difficulty resolving my issue with another company. Terry identified the issue right away and fixed it at a very competitive price. It was a relief to find an establishment who is so thoroughly competent and offers fair pricing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had an issue with my bath tub water turning off half way through the turn of the knob then turning back on. Terry with Quality Pipeworks came out fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He also discovered where previous repairmen used the wrong piping for my tub and Terry also fixed that. Then I was talking to him about how I was unhappy with my grout in the shower of my master bath that a previous contractor had done. Terry immediately stopped me and said he could fix it. So he fixed that on site too. Not only does he do plumbing but he does it all. Great customer service, I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you want top notch service, use Terry with Quality Pipeworks.

Terry did a great job on my bath remodel plumbing. He worked out a previously done routing( by another plumber) which made my shower remodel functional. The work was just the thing! Great job.

Broke a pipe while doing yard work, called Mr. Terry and I can definitely say there is quality with him and his company. He was there within a few minutes fixed the main issue and even addressed a few other things while he was there at no additional cost I highly recommend this company and will definitely only be using them from now on

Terry went above and beyond on my Powder Room remodel. I thought I was going to have to hire a "handyman" to install my new vanity and reconfigure a drawer, but Terry was able to take care of it all!

I was fortunate enough to run across Terry and Quality Pipeworks via a recommendation from my parents. I would not hesitate to use him again. He was very thorough and the end result was fabulous. I will not hesitate to use him again for all my future plumbing needs.

Professional. Courteous. Experienced. Thorough. Highly recommend. Great guy.

Excellent workmanship, his quality of work shows his experience in his field. From coming out to take care of a leak and replacing the old piping in a tight area then replacing our tub faucet with a very nice set that he recommended . I now have a professional for any problem I may have or any plumbing upgrades we plan for the future.

Terry came out right away and handled the job like a pro.

Terry Lowe is my go to plumber for any problem. He has completed projects in our 100+ year old home and apartment building and both our sons' homes, a Mid-Century concrete block house and a 96 year old bungalow. Terry crafted a part of a lavatory assembly with his 3-D printer for our 1920's pedestal sink because it was no longer available. No matter what the issue, I know when I call Quality Pipeworks that the work will be completed right the first time.

Outstanding service and quality! We had to have our house re-piped and the price was very reasonable compared to some other companies. Terry is dependable, professional, friendly, and thorough. The piping and connections are clean and neat. He went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Quality Pipeworks.

Terry is very professional. Showed up when he said he would. Shows he values his customers time. He also provided exceptional and quality work.

We recently hired Terry for a few miscellaneous plumbing issues and upgrades for our new home, and we were thrilled with the service he provided. He was professional and addressed everything in one day. We would highly recommend Terry for anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber. Top-notch service all around!

Was referred to Terry for a small project. Old house with copper pipes. Nice ,professional knowledge and work , organized gentleman. We will refer Terry, and use his services again in the near future. Just wish we would have found him sooner for our master shower upgrade remodel.
Always nice supporting the independent tite holder.

I had an emergency plumbing issue that none of the big companies could come out and help me with immediately. I called Terry after hours And he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. His prices are very reasonable Compared to everyone else. and his work is outstanding. I would recommend him to friends and family anytime. Thank you Terry for your experienced and knowledgeable work.

Terry was absolutely a class act. His. Professionalism and kindness is something I am not used to around Nassau county especially around this part of the county. It was such a relief that he called back, made an appointment, and actually showed up on time.
He even went out of his way to help my mom who has a strong accent understand him by using a translation app on his phone.
He finished the work as promised and did a quality job. Thank you so much Terry for doing such a great job and setting the standard so high for other businesses in our area. Top tier service and quality work. Truly the professionalism you would expect from a tradesman and business.
