My husband and I recently had the opportunity to work with Terry at the recommendation of one of my coworkers, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience! Terry helped us with an assortment of plumbing related updates that we’ve been procrastinating on in our new home. New water heater, water softener, garbage disposal, bidets, all outdoor spigots, refrigerator hookup to name a few and Terry made it all look effortless. He is professional, reliable, transparent, and just a general pleasure to be around. His communication skills are excellent and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. We have worked with some truly awful contractors this year and working with Terry was like a breath of fresh air. The overall quality of his work is outstanding and we cannot wait to work with him again in the future!

I had a busted pipe do to the cold weather. Terry got there quickly and fixed my busted pipe and it cost me less than I expected.

Terry's reviews looked good, so I gave him a call to fix my mom's clogged kitchen sink. Once the appointment was made, he arrived exactly on time, he was polite, professional and put my mom at ease while working on the problem. He was willing to do what it took to determine what and where the issue was. Not only did he fix the clog, but he also found another problem that needed repair that we did not know existed. I'll certainly be calling on Terry again to repair the second issue and would highly recommend his services to you.

Terry is an awesome plumber! He got back to me immediately and came as soon as he could to fix our problem. When the 25-ft snake did not work he went down with his camera machine to see what was going on and realized it was an unusual situation. He was able to come in with his much larger snake that could go down even further and fixed the issue. He was determined to figure it out and was not going to leave until it was fixed and double checked everything before he left. He's very kind with fair pricing. It's nice to know there are people like that doing good work still. Thank you Terry!

Terry was incredible. He took time out of his weekend to help out with a water heater replacement and went above and beyond what was asked for one of our rentals. Will definitely be working with him again if something comes up in the future.

After putting up with a clogged kitchen drain we finally had enough and called Quality Pipeworks and Plumbing.
Terry got us scheduled, showed up right on time and not only got the problem solved quickly but stayed and ran several tests to make certain everything worked properly.
He's a stickler for getting thing just right and Terry will be my go to from now on for any plumbing problems.

All he did was look at it we called for him to fix it he was here a total of 3 minutes.i didn't call so someone could tell me that it was messed up. I called so it could be fixed now I'll half to pay another service call. Hell I could have just stood there and said. Yup it's broke .

Nice enough guys but not very knowledgeable of overall systems or HVAC concepts and no follow through on what they told us. We used them to fix a condensation issue. They advised our ducts would need to be replaced and that fix it. Long story short (and $5k later) the issue was never fixed, they kept telling us they ordered additional equipment to root cause the problem but never followed up. After several follow-up calls they told us they would come by. Never did. Now they won’t even answer…. If you need something simple it’s probably safe. Anything outside of that I would seek true professionals/craftsmen.

I went there to print 5 pages from a thumb drive. Both copier/printers were down due to a technical glitch. So I asked the associate to print the documents (5 pgs). She offered to assist but claimed the doc was not on the thumb drive. Possibly an excuse for not wanting to help me. After she left the area I asked the other associate to assist me. I even requested it online while I was there. He looked up the order but refused to print it it because there were many more customers "ahead of me". Not even 5 pages. Poor customer service.

Was impressed the first day. Then told it would only be a day or two before the new part came in. A week and a half later and they are 3 hours late from the appointment time they set with us to fix the problem. This kind of service sure ain't worth the $350 they're charging just for labor and Freon.

Called and had someone out the same day during the given time frame. They gave a heads up before they arrived. Brock was personable, professional, answered all of my questions, and repaired the unit. I won't think twice about hiring them again. I will update if I have any experience less than professional or positive. Thank you Brock for a great experience!

Highly recommend. I called Thursday after closing and Brock took my call. He came the next day and solved my issues quickly.
