I could not get them to return to finish a job that they had started previously, despite having already paid them for the hardware. Also I got a quote from them for a new project, but when I was ready to proceed, they said they were too busy and I should call someone else. They repeatedly ignored my phone calls and my request for information on work that they had previously performed at my home. No professionalism, rude, and definitely no respect for their customers!
