Had a tech come to look at my washing machine but it was the plumbing not the washing machine will call in the futurev

Been going here since I was a kid with my Dad. They've ALWAYS done an amazing job!! Last time I got a washer and it didn't spin out all the way, they replaced it no problem. 8 months later that same washer I thought was broke, so I take it to them and they diagnose the issue immediately and repair it with no trouble at all. They could have tried to sell me a new washer or take me for a huge repair but they are always honest and helpful. Will never go anywhere else! Thanks again guys!!

They are helpful & Great prices. With delivery the driver was polite and got the job done even checking the washer to make sure it was level & it all worked then took the old washer. I have bought many machines from them over the years. Keep It Local Shop Your Neighborhood Shops!!! I would give 10 Stars if I could!!!!

Professional, kind, and helpful. I made a service appointment, and was able to troubleshoot my issue with my front loading washer over the phone. It was a clogged filter, quick easy self fix. It’s refreshing to have someone take the time to listen to your issue, give their suggestion of the problem and be able to get it fixed. Saved time and money. They truly care about customers and doing things the right way. ABC will come highly recommended from us!

I phoned to schedule a repair on my 4 year old Whirlpool dishwasher. It works fine but the top rack sliding mechanism broke on one side and that's what I needed replaced. The man who answered immediately told me that they don't repair dishwashers and it was no surprise that it's a Whirlpool with a problem. (I've purchased many fine Whirlpool appliances and have had very good luck with them). Then he told me I'd be better off just buying a new one as no one would come out and fix it for less than $300. He was wrong. A local repairman came out and charged less than $65 to repair it. I will never call ABC again.

We've got a 28 year old top loading Kenmore washer. It started to leak. Called ABC, only $45 to come out which was applied to the repair. The part was $45 w labor and tax, total repair, $117. Dave I think was our guy, friendly, efficient, had the part on the truck. Less than an hour and this thing will probably go 30 more years lol. I hear they sell used Kenmores. Do yourself a favor buy or repair w ABC!

Called for a repairman. Waited two hours. Found note on front door that they had come and gone. My doorbell is loud and my cell was on, so never got notice that he had come. Called the shop to see if they could turn repairman around if he hadn't gotten very far. Here's what the dip&$%@* said that answered the shop phone, "Will you stop calling!!! I've got 7 customers in front of me...call back in an hour!!!!" And he hung up! What a poor poor display of professionalism! Never again!

I've used them in the past for parts and service. This was my first time buying a refurbished appliance (refrigerator). They have a good selection with additional items added. Staff is helpful and friendly. You can take it with you or pay a little extra for delivery, which includes them taking away your old equipment. The place doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's their service and selection that matters. They take credit cards that I found some others don't.

Be very Aware of These guys and dealing with these people. We had dropped off a glass stove top to get a new switch in it that we needed within two weeks. they said no problem it will be done in 5 0r 6 days. well 25 days later its finally done...new home owners waiting patiently. they quoted a price of $85.00 dollars. we get there and they charged an extra 100 dollars, they said they tried calling me to come and get it but since we did not return their call ( which never we received) and were very belligerent with their wording especially to a lady. basically they said since we did not get a return call we are charging you an extra $100.00 storage. take it or leave it they said. Don't trust these guys their are other reputable repair shops in New port Richey.

4 1/2 stars really. We have had mostly good luck with ABC over the years. All their used appliances come with a 90 day warrenty as far as i can tell. They will also come out and diagnose any faulty appliances for $45, and if you get the repair done they put that $45 towards the cost of repair.

About six years ago we bought an electric stove for roughly $150 and we still use the thing everyday without issue. We have also had them come repair our washer, and 3 years later that is still working.

Most recently, in January we spent $330 on a used dryer. By June it was giving us issues. We had them come out to look at it and were informed it would be $450 to fix. So we had a loss on that one. Was hoping they would have offered $50 off a different used one and we would have replaced it and purchased a different used dryer.

Overall this is still the best used appliance place I have found in Pasco thus far. But definitely remember buying used has its pros and cons.

We needed a new washer. Went in and paid $275. It was a nice GE washer. They delivered it about a week later. Installed it. But we had a leak. They tried to say that it wasn’t the washer. Then to get it fixed I had to pay money $$ before I had to get him to work on it.
I won’t be going back again!!!

    BUYER BEWARE!!!
    Where to start?
I only gave this poor excuse of a company a 1 because zero wasn't an option. I cannot even complain about lousy customer service, because it is more like customer harassment!!
On the two occasions I tried to address my issues with Josh, the manager, (joke), a very angry man, he had absolutely no interest in working with me, the customer, whatsoever. He began to shout at me and over me, not allowing me to speak about my concerns with, what turned out to be, a junk $250 wash machine I purchased from these crooks. I had several issues with it, the main one being that it spun itself off the platform it needs to sit on, because of an occasional rain leak that occurs. It practically jumped off. Josh said, "it can't be on a platform, no washer can, they will ALL fall off". I tried to explain to him that I never had an issue with the last one I had for 2 1/2 years. He wasn't hearing anything, just yelling and assuring me he did not have to do anything for me. He can refuse service to anyone!! He NEVER offered to send anyone to check it out, even after I produced a video of it jumping off. I wasn't asking for any special treatment, just a working machine. Never happened! I had to have someone come and pick it up, kissing my $250 good-bye. They tested the washer out and it did the same thing, NOT ON A PLATFORM!!!! So much for your platform theory, Josh!
I expect we will hear from Josh, as he twists the facts and dances around the truth, like his junk washer danced across the floor!!

    Good try Josh!
I will correct just a couple of your made up remarks, there's too many to deal with. Not worth my time.
My roof does not leak, never has. The floor is not rotted. Totally false statements, but like I mentioned, I expected this from him.
It's alright, I forgive you Josh.
    I will pray for you.

When we purchased here in Tarpon Springs we needed appliances for our second home. Our new neighbors suggested we look at ABC. In the 21+ years since we have purchased several items, including a stove, washer and dryer, and a-refrigerator and I believe a chest freezer.. We found the items we needed were in good repair and clean. The show room neat and well laid out. No need to shop for brand new. The prices are excellent, as is the service. All questions were answered and we were told to get back to them if we had any problems. The delivery men were courteous and helpful, even removing and rehanging a door to help make things easier with my most recent purchase of a dryer. . In this throw-a-way society we live in it just makes sense to give this business a look-see. Also, check out their beautiful aquarium.

Brian from ABC came by and helped us diagnose our refrigerator issues. Thanks to ABC, we're not going to be dealing with our refrigerator frosting over any time soon!

On the day of purchase, very friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. We purchased a standup freezer, eight years ago and it’s still going strong! We HIGHLY recommend ABC Appliance for major appliance needs!

    Update!
This company is amazing. They stand by their warranty and they are good people.

Our fantastic super expensive Samsung washer bit the dust after only three years of use. I sent hubby to ABC to get a new used washer. We have bought a stove from them in May (great experience!). So we get our new washer delivered and not even one load we have a leak. Between parts and service it took two weeks. Totally ok with that. Out of their control and we do get a 90 day warranty. So we get the leak fixed and the gentleman leaves and the washer starts to not balance the load. I called back and they were back out same day! They are very honest! And kind. It was recommended that we exchange for another model. This is why they have been in the business as long as them. Thank you to the tech for putting up with me lol and dealing with the heat. And the delivery driver omgsh is he super nice! I'm very happy so far. Thank you for a great experience. Buying used has such a bad stigma but when you deal with a company that stands by their warranty why would you not explore that option.

When I tell you to run from this place, you better run as fast as you can!!!!! I just went through an absolute nightmare with both of the brothers that run operate ABC appliances in Holiday!!!

I was sold a 20+ year-old washing machine that didn’t work when I got it home and I tried to return it 20 minutes later, reloaded it up in my truck and brought it back and they tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my house and the reason it didn’t work was our fault

I was charged $240 for something that looked like it came out of a dumpster and when I got it home, it would fill up with water, but there was no spin cycle….

Apparently, it was missing magnets under the lid that allowed the spin cycle to start, but they sold it to me with missing parts…..

This large abusive unprofessional man and yelled at me the entire time and told me to calm down when he was basically trying to say that it was our fault in the washing machine didn’t work ………he said worked perfectly lied to my face and gaslit me to my face, and tried to blame us for The incompetence and unprofessionalism of selling a non-operable washing machine that belonged in a dumpster!!!!!

He took the washer to the back and put a large magnet on it and it started to spin. They sold it with missing parts and tried to scream and yell at us intimidate us to keep their $240 when they sold something they didn’t even do a quality check on, absolutely unethical, unprofessional, and criminal!!!!!!

He kept lying to my face saying that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine and tried to flip everything back on us when we had only been there just 20 minutes earlier, took it to our house a few miles away immediately knew that it didn’t work….. This large abusive man yelled the whole time while the brother that initially sold this to me hid in the back like a coward I asked to speak to him the original man that sold it to me and he wouldn’t even come out….

Before I purchased it and left the store initially, I asked them to check it and make sure that it worked. They lied to my face and said they quality check every item and that it worked perfectly and that they always repair a replace any missing parts before selling……they are liars and scammers. These are low class, abusive unprofessional thieves in my opinion!!!!

I am filing a report report with the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend you stay far away from this trash heap group of criminals. I was lucky to get my money back and I got a check issued to me. Let’s see if it bounces or let’s see if they try to stop payment, but I’m moving forward with legal action against them. This business should be shut down for fraud!!!!!

Absolutely no hesitation in giving full marks for ABC Appliance in Holiday for repairs to our dryer. Prompt and great pricing. They even noted another fault during the repair and took care of it. Excellent company and will definitely use them for any future issues.

Well Brian was nice when I came in to purchase a washer initially but the washer broke 3 times within 3 weeks time and the repair technician was not very friendly at all. Each time it broke for a different reason, first was the hose that fills the basin from the water hoses or pump became unattached during installation and flooded my garage. Took them 3 days to get out to fix it. Then two days later the washer stopped spinning and made a horrible sound. The same technician came out to fix it three more days later and was rude to me while stating that I must have overloaded the washer. I only did three loads of laundry since the first fix so I did not overload the washer, I'm not dumb - I know how to properly load a washer and to NOT overload it so it properly agitates and spins the clothes out. The technician unplugged my refrigerator in my garage to plug in his fan and never plugged it back in during the repair so two days after he left when the machine broke a third time I realized that my garage fridge/freezer was unplugged and everything was spoiled. The third time the machine broke it just stopped working all together while tripping multiple breakers.and making a bad humming sound. It would not drain or agitate, just hummed while full of water. My significant other had to drain the water with a shop vac multiple times and then called the next day. He spoke to Brian and let him know of the situation. First time malfunctioned -okay, two times - that's pushing it and then three times pretty means the machine needs to be replaced. First, they tried to say that it was an electrical problem in our garage but then Brian agreed to allow us to exchange the machine. The replacement machine will be here tomorrow after waiting another 5 days and we will see if it works. I don't want to leave a bad review but I have not had a very good experience. The whole time I've been pleasant to deal with but their technician is really not that friendly and makes the experience quite sour. I paid $275 for a working washer and have only been able to do 6-7 loads of laundry in total over the course of a month. This is unacceptable. Do your research before purchasing a machine and get the warranty, you may need to use it. I will come back to update my review once the new machine arrives.
