Panel upgrades - great job guys thank you for your prompt help.

We had a situation where two outlets and a light switch panel stopped working. We called At Your Service and they were immediately helpful and able to book a next-day appointment with us. The technician showed us that our battery backup device was faulty and was triggering a breaker in a way that, even after resetting the breaker, it would switch back off. We unplugged the breaker, checked the panel, and were back in business. We had him also install two outdoor outlets after checking over the system. The 1-hour service call was $135 and the two outdoor outlet installs together totaled $375. The work was meticulously performed and the technician reviewed everything to make sure all was well. I was pleased with the professional service and prompt help. Highly recommend! A+

Electricians were prompt and worked efficiently replacing my 8 smoke detectors, taking down old chandelier and putting up new one. They are my go to for all my electrical needs. I had used them before to replace all my fluorescent tube lighting in closets. Great job!

Louie & Grant responded to a pressing problem, after hours, on short notice at 7:15 in the evening and worked a miracle to straighten out the fiasco wiring in several outlets & switches in my sister's 1960's home. They fixed every issue in a little over an hour and charged a Very reasonable price. These guys are fast, accurate and honest! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was in the process of buying a house and i hired At Your Service LLC to fix all of the electrical issues that came up on our home inspection which we needed done in order to get home insurance and secure our mortgage loan before closing.
Tony and Grant were very nice, but overall they were very disorganized and had poor communication throughout my experience. For example, they gave me a 3 hour window for arrival and then called me toward the end of that window and told me they can’t come for another 3 hours. 10 minutes later, I find out that they’re in the house with the seller so I had to race over there (turns out they called the wrong person). After they were done, 2 of the outlets they replaced stopped working. They charged me for 2 electricians working for 3.5 hours but 30 minutes of that was them sitting in the van putting together the invoice. The labor rate that they charged me was different from what i was quoted. Also the lady that normally answers their calls was out of town so Tony had to keep taking calls while he was working so I don’t feel like the pricing was fair for the work that was done.

It took 3 days to get the invoice despite them telling me it would be the same day the work was done. And then they said they had to come back to finish and wrote that on the invoice so my home inspector wouldn’t clear us. When i called to schedule for them to return, it took them 4 days to call me back. During that time I had already hired another electrician who finished everything and gotten the inspection cleared. Long story short, I almost lost my mortgage rate because of this company which would have cost me thousands of dollars so overall I would not rehire.

We had three fans and one lightning feature installed in less than three hours.
John was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with.

Took 1 week a quote from 2 other local companies. One couldn’t do the scope of work. The other said it couldn’t be wired through the attic and would cost $8900 to trench underground 200 feet outside the house over 2-3 days.

Tony and Jason came out same day on a Friday and said they could wire in-house through the attic for $3900. By Monday the job was completed in less than 1 day for $3900 with great workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend them to anyone, they saved me $5,000 and did better work than my old electricians.

Corey was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed our problem quickly. Our wall sockets quit working, short out or pull out from the wall, of course not at the same time. We’ve had 4 or more service calls recently, and each time the repair man has been great and efficient. Their employees are remarkable. We highly recommend At Your Service.
