I called L & R because my a/c stopped working. Lauren answered the phone and scheduled a same day service call for us. Randy arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. He had our a/c up and running within 30 minutes. We needed a new variable speed blower. The cost of the part was very reasonable. Randy came back the following Monday and had it installed within an hour. I cannot say enough about L & R and Randy. L & R truly puts the customer first. They are trustworthy, reliable, and pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend L & R!!! Needless to say, I will be recommending them to all our family, friends, and neighbors!!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. After receiving multiple wrong diagnoses and unfair estimates from other companies I gave L&R a call and they were honest a professional from day one. Randy was super thorough and ran multiple tests before making a diagnosis and fixed our HVAC unit extremely fast. Other companies told us it would take months to get the part we needed, but Randy and his team found a compressor and had our unit fixed that week. I also have to give a big thanks to Lauren who handles all the phone calls and communications. She kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a truly honest company with great employees I highly recommend L&R. Their costumer service is unmatched.
