HVAC reviews in Holiday, Florida

What a rip off! Tech was here for 3 min to flip a switch and charged $75 bucks! When i called the owner Nik, he basically told me to go screw myself! The days of fair customer service are over! I would never go with these guys again.

Nick and his crew replaced my ac unit , they were on time very professional and did a wonderful job had my air up and running in a very timely manner would highly recommend alligator air for all your ac and heating needs , and the price was not to be beat

Alligator Air did a phenomenal job replacing my AC unit, the crew was friendly and professional, I’m very satisfied with their work, Highly recommended!

Nick and AJ are absolutely awesome!! There is no one else I would call. They are reliable, trustworthy, and honest. Guaranteed the best A/C company you can get. I recommend them to everyone I know!!

Fantastic friendly service! They replaced my outdated HVAC system, inspected & repaired my duct work (I didn't even have to ask), along with upgrading and relocating my thermostat. Technicians were kind and courteous - the owner even stopped by to make sure everything was going well! They even refused to let me vacuum the little bit of drywall mess from the thermostat relocation. They left nothing behind - couldn't even tell they were here afterwards. I couldn't believe it only took them a few hour to complete the entire job. I will definitely recommend them to any one who needs them!!

My air went out over night and I contacted Alligator Air the next morning. Not only where they able to come out the same day. The two techs they sent were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and quick. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it within an hour. I know that this is not always the case, but I was blessed. Thank you Alligator Air, I'll definitely be calling, if any issues ever arise again.

To people vetting Nick / Alligator Air,

Permit me to recommend for your consideration Mr. Nick Kamboures, the owner of Alligator Air. I had interviewed with him about installing a complete new HVAC system into our new second floor.

He took the time to clearly explain to me how he would do my project and the quality of materials he would use.
I had interviewed with several HVAC contractors and being in the construction business for over 35 years myself, I felt completely comfortable with Nick!

I can go on and on about what a great guy Nick is but, I would rather tell you that his qualities as a man and as a professional are outstanding!

Not knowing exactly what you are looking for, I can assure you that Nick will meet and surpass whatever qualities you are expecting.

His understanding and relentless commitment from start to finish is
truly amazing!

Should you desire further information of a more specific nature, please do not hesitate to contact me at the below address.

Very Truly Yours,

Nick Gialourakis

Alligator Air saved our HVAC system! They came, they saw, they conquered. Honest, efficient, and simply the best.

When your air goes out in August, I called the only company I trust. Nick had us up and running in no time. Fast, efficient and trustworthy. I can't thank you guys enough! #autismfamily
Tell him FISHER sent ya!! 😎❤️

I can’t thank Nick and his team for the prompt professional quality work in my new AC install. It was brutal in my attic and they pushed through. My house cooled back down very quickly once done and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you Alligator Air!

Yesterday (1/22/20), I called Alligator Air with a problem with my Air Handler/AC because the heat wasn't coming to temperature. I spoke with Nick Kamboures, owner, who send out one of his technicians. They reviewed the problem and found that one of the heating coils wasn't working. Jason was very kind and respectful, he took care of the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered and they were able to fix the problem withing 5 hours.

Nick and his guys have always been good and quick with analysis and repair. Being a small company, I have much respect for them and their work ethic in helping their customers. I continue to use them and trust them with my business.

Nick and his crew installed a new a/c system for me and I am extremely satisfied with their work. They showed up on time and completed the job in the time promised. Very pleased with their attention to detail, my new a/c system and the quality of work.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Alligator Air. Nick and AJ have been friends for years and I had a need to have some maintenance work done on my system. AJ and his helper explained everything, cleaned and repaired some ductwork problems, cleaned the drain line, checked the entire system, and even took before and after photos to show us what was wrong and how it was repaired. Outstanding work, and the labor costs were very reasonable! They will be my go to guys forever! Thanks, Nick and AJ!

Alligator Air is hands down the best AC company in town. From full installations to repairs to service calls Nick is always on it immediately. Great service, great prices and great people. Using them for years and will never change.

Quick, accurate, budget-friendly accomplishment. Over and over through the years. Nick is the best! Great Christian man.

The guys at Alligator Air are the best! The owner (Nick) is the best in the business. He passes the 3 R's. Reliable, Reasonable and Realistic. He's very honest, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Nick at Alligator Air for any customer both residential and commercial!

After obtaining 4 quotes for a total AC replacement, Nick and his crew were by far the best price and value. They were very professional and had the the job completed with little downtime. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing. From first contact to completion of install of new A/C split system only took 4 days. Nicks knowledge of and recommendations for our new unit were on target and his price was great. His casual, comfortable manner of conducting business is greatly appreciated.
The work started precisely on time, and the quality was beyond professional. They went above and beyond expectations in their finish work ( extra layer of sealant on all seams, and insulating and sealing the containment channel for the electrical and refrigeration lines). When they were finished and cleaned up, we couldn’t even tell that they had been working all day.
I definitely feel that I got more than I expected in my dealings with alligator air.
You can’t go wrong using these guys.

I definitely recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs. We flip houses and have a heck of a time getting people to even call us back to schedule a quote! I left a message with Alligator Air and they called me back within minutes... Nick was even able to come out that afternoon to look at our system (which was from the 90’s and needed to be replaced). We got a few quotes from other companies too, and not only did Alligator Air come in hundreds less than the others, they were able to get us done between Christmas and New Years! Install was seamless... On time, very professional team, no surprises/added costs, and they cleaned up when done. We will definitely be using them again!

We have had Nick and his team service our AC for several years and we recently had them install a new unit. They removed the air handler from our attic and installed a new one in our garage. In the process, our attic ladder was damaged. Nick was assertive in acknowledging what happened and paid for the opening to our attic and ladder to be fixed. He is very transparent, honest, and most of all proud of the work that he and his company produce. We are appreciate to have found an AC company that operates with integrity.

What can I say that hasn't been said! Nick has always been a stand up guy! Always professional and courteous! Anytime I had an issue with my old AC unit Nick has always come by and has given me honest solutions! Finally when it came time for a new AC unit. Nick and his team showed up on time and removed and replaced the unit in record time. Throughout the process they remain professional and take the time to answer any questions! I highly recommend Alligator Air LLC!
