no show no call.. im tempted to file a order in small claims court, that rewards the customer when total neglect of ethics is involved..

My husband called at 8 am was told that someone would be out between 1 and 3. No one called or showed called at 530 was told someone would call me back. No call. For whatever reason I actually expected a call the next day. . Again no call. Worst customer service ever.
