Sergio made a most accurate diagnosis of my dryer within 2 hrs of my original call to him. The next day he arrived ahead of schedule with the replacement part & within an hour the dryer was operating flawlessly. So I was without a dryer for less than 24 hrs due to exemplary response time & skill👍🏼

Sceptical about previous reviews, actual service was as described. Real 5 star. Sergio was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, a new water pump was required. We organized a date, Even though Sergio could do the job sooner. As we were back sooner than planned, a quick call to check Sergio's availability. He was at the door within the hour. Definitely in my contacts for next issue.
