Constraction reviews in Hollywood, Florida

Our remodel project included a full renovation of both the kitchen and bathroom. The work involved demolition, new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing, electrical, tile work, and painting. The end result is a beautiful, updated space that is both functional and visually appealing. We appreciated the team’s professionalism, quality workmanship, and dedication to staying on schedule. We’re very pleased with how everything turned out

Daniel and his team were absolutely fantastic, and we are so happy wdith how it all came out! I live out of the state and the communication with Daniel was excellent. Daniel and team are very professional, trustworthy, and most importantly - they do what they say they are going to do. There was permitting and inspection needed for the work we did, and daniel took care of all of it in a timely, detailed manner- and kept us informed every step of the way. Great work! Thank you!

Great experience with D&S Contractors

Ben and Rafael were excellent project managers—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout a remodeling project.

Highlights:
- Clear, consistent communication from both the management team and the crew. They walked me through each step of the process and handled everything professionally.
- Impressive coordination across trades, all while staying on a tight schedule and completing everything on time.
- The crew that worked on the project did an excellent tile work and finishing touches (shoutout to Danilo!), and they solved unexpected issues creatively and efficiently.

Will certainly work with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Two baths and a bar project- both done impeccably well. We really appreciated how good the communication was and how skilled they are. We are very happy with the timely, on budget completion and great results. Will use them again, for sure.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Really hard to find a contractor in south Florida like Daniel. He was very responsive and punctual.
I am pleased with the end result and it was completed within the promised time frame. He always picked up the phone and/or replied to my messages.
I definitely recommend and will trust him for future projects.

We used D&S Contractors Group to do a TOTAL remodel on our kitchen and condo .The workmanship was top notch, and we are very particular having used contractors in the past for remodeling in other states. His workers were very nice and knew what they were doing. Daniel is wonderful to work with. He has great ideas and is very easy going. I can't say enough about this company and would give him 10 stars if I could. I have already recommended him to a friend and would highly recommend him for any project. We love how our "new" condo turned out! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We are very happy with our cabana bathroom that D&S remodeled. They gutted out the old bathroom and were very professional and communicative. Daniel addressed all concerns quickly. We are enjoying this bathroom daily now that the summer season is here! Thanks D&S!

We had our original bathroom of shower and tub combination. I am 79, and not as sure footed as I used to be, so I researched and found D & S Contractors for the right price. Some things happened out of human control, but the result is a thing of beauty and safety for me. Everyone who sees it, just loves it!

Had to renovate my kitchen, Daniel came to take a look on-site and provided me an estimate on the spot. Estimate was pretty straight forward and I could get approved for a loan easily by their side. Their crew did a great job, and surprisingly very swift.
My kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous, and my girl is pleased. Thank you guys!

Daniel and his team did a great job, so happy to move my bathroom from an 80's flashback in a small space to modern clean lines. Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a while for a company to renovate our kids bathroom. From start to finish D&S were professional, reliable and efficient in every part of the job. From the first meeting with the project manager Ben, to the finishing touches, each team did their job carefully and with attention to detail. Communication and time management were perfection. There was never a moment that I didn’t know exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend using them!

I had an issue with my backyard and pool and wanted to create a nice space for my daughters. I reached out to this company after seeing their advertisement, and I really liked their process. They helped me create the space I wanted — now my daughter has a place to play, and it’s comfortable for the whole family. I would definitely contact them again!

I recently hired D&S to do a bathroom installation in my home and I could not be happier with the result. start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They worked quickly and effectively to transform my outdated bathroom into a modern and functional space. The attention to detail was outstanding and the end result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom. Thank you for a job well done!

I found D & S Contractors Group in the August 2023 edition of “The Home Mag” we received in the mail. I was attracted to the advertisement because of the clean modern finish of the remodeled bathrooms shown.
We also chose D&S because the price was reasonable; and we have no regrets. Once the down payment was made it was work, work, work. Different experts came and executed their jobs with efficiency and high expertise. They were quiet, quick, and clean. One contractor, Darwin Urrea, deserves special mention because of the variety of skills that he possesses and the high quality of his work. We are very happy with the final results (please see before and after photos below) and would highly recommend D & S Contractors as bathroom remodeling specialists and EXPERTS!!!

Daniel and team were a pleasure to work with. They renovated my guest bath and it was smooth. They were responsive and worked with us when we had delays with materials (through no fault of their own). The work was details and the results turned out great!! We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to reno their bathroom.

Daniel was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He addressed questions and concerns promptly and provided advice and recommendations as needed. We are enjoying our new bathrooms. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about D&S. They did an amazing job, kept to their timeline. The men who did my remodel were real professionals! They were polite, neat, and made sure every day that I was happy with the progress. They transitioned my small bathroom into a charming guest bath.

I am a first time homeowner and this was my first time doing a remodel project. I live in a high rise condominium in Miami which means that extra steps are required to begin remodel work with association approvals. D&S Contractors educated me on everything from permits to construction plans and made recommendations on how to achieve the best results during construction. It was not easy completing a remodel project during a global pandemic given supply chain challenges and things that were out of our control. Whenever we would run into an issue, we would find a solution to make it work and D&S was in constant communication with me providing the most up to date information. The end result is beautiful - floors, bathrooms, kitchen, fresh paint, blinds, doors - it all came together. D&S Contractors were able to take my initial vision on paper and make it a reality. My Miami condo now feels like home and I can't wait to begin enjoying it with family and friends!

I had an excellent experience with D&S and highly recommend them. I wanted to renovate my half bathroom and convert it to a full bathroom by adding a shower. I called D&S based on all the positive reviews I read and I am so glad that I did. Daniel and his team were fantastic and did an amazing job. The quality of their work was terrific and the end result was beautiful. Daniel’s communication was also terrific. He always kept me informed on what was going on and was quick to answer any questions I had along with doing everything to make sure I was happy.
The overall experience was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend using D&S. If you need a contractor you should definitely hire D&S as they are the best.

When the shower floor got saturated with water I decided to call for repair & I called several companies to repair it & decided to hire D&S for the following reasons:-
1-you speak directly with the owner Daniel ( no answering devices) who is very knowledgeable & knows exactly what calling him about
2- no delay of sending another professional ( Benjamin)to assist the damage & quoted you the repair price
3-in the same day I received a phone call from Daniel to let me know that he will send the service man right away for speeding repairs service & his service price was the lowest than other companies ( $ 1000 less)
4- the service man was very professional, experienced & veryCLEAN )
5- my whole shower area was a piece of art with wider tiles ( not to do much grout )
I was happy & satisfied with hiring D&S & I recommend them for any house remodeling
( best price, high speed service, & perfect service)

We recently had the pleasure of working with D&S Contractors Group for our bathroom remodel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the very start, Daniel, was incredibly accommodating, taking the time to understand our family’s needs. This level of consideration made a significant difference as we navigated the renovation process.

The real star of the show was Jorge, the main contractor. His expertise and craftsmanship are second to none. Not only did he handle every detail with impressive skill, but his friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and engaged throughout the project. In fact, Jorge became like family to us during the process!

The team at D&S Contractors Group transformed our bathroom into a space we absolutely love. Every interaction was positive, and we truly appreciated their flexibility and dedicated service. We highly recommend D&S Contractors Group for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. You won’t be disappointed!
