Constraction reviews in Hollywood, Florida

Dmitriy and his crew were excellent from start to finish. We had them renovate our interior and they had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dmitriy works on time and takes pride in his work. Our project was rarely delayed and he had a project timeline that he shared with us which was great. I would recommend him for any interior renovations especially kitchens and bathrooms.

A friend recommended Dmitriy and New Living Construction for my kitchen exhaust hood installation. Dmitriy answered all my questions and provided good recommendations. He and his team did a wonderful job! They covered and protected the work area. There was no mess. I’m looking forward to hiring them for my next project.

Have been using New Living Construction for many years doing various projects. They have done a lot of custom carpentry and repairs. Dmitry has only the best artisans who are very competent, on time, polite and clean up is great. Do not hesitate.

New Living Construction is the best General Contractor we have worked with in our 37 years as homeowners. Dmitriy Dain, the hands-on owner/manager, is a great creative problem solver who is always accessible, congenial, and accommodating. He oversees his team of professional workers with a strong sense of craftsmanship and commitment to doing an excellent job.

Working with New Construction Living was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even before the project began, they were consistently in touch…following up, confirming our schedule, and keeping me informed every step of the way. That level of communication right off the bat gave me such a great feeling.

Once the job started, I had the pleasure of working with Jose, and let me tell you…he is a gem. His attention to detail, his care, and the time he took to make sure everything was perfect really stood out. The results were immaculate, and I was beyond impressed.

I already have a couple more projects in mind, and without a doubt, I will be working with them again. Highly recommend!

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Dmitiry and his team, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The communication throughout the project was excellent—they were always responsive and kept us informed every step of the way.

From the beginning, they set up a clear timeline and stuck to it, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The workspace was kept clean and organized, and they stayed on budget, which we really appreciated.

Dmitiry is a true perfectionist—his attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every part of the remodel. He and his team took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that truly elevated the space. You can absolutely trust them to do quality work—we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Our bathroom has been completely transformed and looks amazing!

Highly recommend!

We finally decided to remodel the house. It was a big project, but Dmitriy was on top of every issue during the construction. He made it easy for us and addressed our every concern. At the end we were very happy with quality of work.

Dmitriy did my windows and doors and was great to work with. His communication was great and he and his crew did a great job and handled all the permitting requirements. Will be working with him again!

After going through a major flood event my house and everything in it was a nightmare. New Living came in and gave my house and my family a New Life. Dmitry and his crew are all professionals. They arrive on time, work clean and everything is done plumb and according to code. Thank you Dmitry and crew!

Im so grateful for Dmitry for taking over our project where we were having some issues with our previous contractor. Dmitry immediately knew how to handle our project and all the permitting. He took the time to do the job right and payed attention to details. He is an expert in what he does and has a great team. I’m so satisfied with how our project turned out. We closed off our den to make it a home office and added some doors. It looks great!

We would highly recommend New Living Construction for all home remodeling or repairs. Dmitriy Dain and each of his employees were very professional and took much pride in their work when remodeling the kitchen and main areas of our house. Dmitriy custom made all the cabinets and did an outstanding job, just as if it were for his own home. He was quick to fix anything that was not up to his high standards, and he was willing to give suggestions and ideas that we would never had thought of. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and will definitely hire him again!

New Living Construction completed a full remodel of my home, which included installing an entirely new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls, lighting, air conditioning system, custom closets, you name it. I worked directly with Dimitryi for the entire project. He is an absolute perfectionist, which I very much appreciated. He finished the project on budget and within the timeframe we anticipated. Even things that can be a challenge with construction projects, like complex permitting, he handled with ease. I am very happy with the work he did for us and would use New Living Construction again in a heartbeat.

I hope my review helps shine a little light on what a great person Dmitri is and his outstanding service. From the moment he took on the project until the last day the permit was closed, the whole process was a masterclass in Residential Construction. Dmitri is not just a professional, but a role model in his profession. His knowledge and management skills were exemplary, inspiring those around him to strive for excellence.

Slava was recommended to me by a number of friends. He came to my house to mount tvs and put together some furniture. Hard and smart worker, timely, and efficient. Honest, communicative and reasonably priced! Will definitely call him again when I need work done!
