I HAD A SECURITY GATE INSTALL OVER MY FRONT DOOR.

Special ordered a shower base three weeks ago...they kept leading me on saying it would arrive by next week. Now I'm behind on construction all because someone couldn't be honest with me on arrival time. I still haven't received anything even after CS assured me a Tuesday arrival. I understand you're getting it from a third party vendor bit two weeks after the expected date is absurd. I've never had such terrible planning and service.

Pre hurricane Irma we set an appointment for Home Depot to come to our place and give us a quote on putting in new faces on our kitchen cabinets. Then came the hurricane so we rescheduled for a future date and look forward to their coming out to speak with us
They telephone confirm the appointment 3 times in advance but the morning they were supposed to see us they never showed up.
We phoned them and were told we could speak with their scheduler but he didn't call until 6 hours later so we told him that we would not do business with Home Depot ever again because they are a horrible service organization

I'm giving this Home Depot one star, because I can't give zero stars. I was doing an extensive condo renovation project, involving custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. My "designer" was acceptable for the kitchen, but abysmal for the bathroom. He designed sinks that were so small they were nearly impossible to find and buy. He forgot to write down the name of the quartz design I chose on the order. Luckily, i eventually remembered it. He estimated the price of the very inaccurately, and I was charged for the 33 feet of quartz the fabricators later measured rather than the 22 feet he estimated. The quartz,cost me an about $850 than the original estimate.
Throughout this mess, Home Depot's customer service was terrible. They were extremely difficulty to reach by phone, and holds of 20-30 minutes were common.
I had nothing but grief dealing with this Home Depot and will not do business with it again!

He said he couldn’t do the service because of something that’s cost a lot of money I think but I think he could have done something.

I bought a refrigerator at the Home Depot to be delivered in New York . The refrigerator did not fit the space they took it back immediately. I am still waiting for my refund. I called and was told they would apply the refund. To date, it has not been done. I’m already waiting more than 10 days. You can’t even speak to anyone, except via text. I need my refund immediately. The paint staff are 150% unhelpful ! Young guy with glasses is completely out of spot ! Since you cannot help with very simple questions ( since you have thousands products ) I will simply buy few , try them all then return what doesn’t work !

Home Depot customer service and the contractor they sent were all great.
BUT it was overpriced by a great amount which was my fault because I should have checked priced online first

Amazing paint tinting service. If you come in the morning, by the evening the sleepy employees might finally get around to mixing your paint. Truly impressive speed and energy.

The technician from Art Hey Siri, professional and pleasant to speak with. He explained what was needed and efficiently took care of the problem. Our AC is working well now and I would call them back if we should need any AC help.

Art plumbing, electrical and AC did an exceptional job. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been in this house over 25 years now. Every hurricane season it was the same headache, pulling out those shutters, bolting everything up, crossing our fingers. Last year we finally said enough. We got our old impact windows and doors replaced and the improvement hit us right away. Like immediately. No more messing around with hurricane shutters before every storm. Should have done it a long time ago honestly.

Getting the attic insulation upgraded, that was one of the smartest moves we made for this house. You can feel how much cooler it stays now. The guys who did the installation were fast, and they cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated.

Our impact windows installation was seamless from start to finish! They really did a great job with it!
