A few months ago representative came into my Neighbourhood offering solar panel system to save on my electricity bill. I agreed because my bill was constantly high. I thought this was a good idea at the time unfortunately, when I realize the agreement was not what it seemed I attempted to chancel I was told if I did they would put a lien on my home so I felt forced to go along with the contract since the system was installed in April. I have yet to see any improvement on my FP&L bill. I have contact company many times, but I’m constantly being referred back to an answering system. no response no phone calls no emails nothing from them so now I’m stuck with the solar system that’s default which I have to pay for. I’m still paying a high electric bill. This company is no good.

Awful…the company ordered wrong size based off measurements….received call from contractor and the company has yet to call regarding their mistake. Purchased door over 4 months ago and still waiting.

I HAD A SECURITY GATE INSTALL OVER MY FRONT DOOR.

Special ordered a shower base three weeks ago...they kept leading me on saying it would arrive by next week. Now I'm behind on construction all because someone couldn't be honest with me on arrival time. I still haven't received anything even after CS assured me a Tuesday arrival. I understand you're getting it from a third party vendor bit two weeks after the expected date is absurd. I've never had such terrible planning and service.

Pre hurricane Irma we set an appointment for Home Depot to come to our place and give us a quote on putting in new faces on our kitchen cabinets. Then came the hurricane so we rescheduled for a future date and look forward to their coming out to speak with us
They telephone confirm the appointment 3 times in advance but the morning they were supposed to see us they never showed up.
We phoned them and were told we could speak with their scheduler but he didn't call until 6 hours later so we told him that we would not do business with Home Depot ever again because they are a horrible service organization

I'm giving this Home Depot one star, because I can't give zero stars. I was doing an extensive condo renovation project, involving custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. My "designer" was acceptable for the kitchen, but abysmal for the bathroom. He designed sinks that were so small they were nearly impossible to find and buy. He forgot to write down the name of the quartz design I chose on the order. Luckily, i eventually remembered it. He estimated the price of the very inaccurately, and I was charged for the 33 feet of quartz the fabricators later measured rather than the 22 feet he estimated. The quartz,cost me an about $850 than the original estimate.
Throughout this mess, Home Depot's customer service was terrible. They were extremely difficulty to reach by phone, and holds of 20-30 minutes were common.
I had nothing but grief dealing with this Home Depot and will not do business with it again!

He said he couldn’t do the service because of something that’s cost a lot of money I think but I think he could have done something.
