I have used NDY Cleaning for my area rugs before. Does a thorough assessment and gives honest evaluation. He actually told me my carpet didn’t need cleaning this time!!!

Did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent. There was a lot of build up from the former person who lived here. Which is a fire hazard. He is punctual, personable and friendly. Very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing and reliable service!
Needed a nursery rug cleaned before baby’s arrival. Sent a text and they replied quickly with a date for an estimate. They showed up and were able to do the work the same day!

Had a very good experience with Steve and NDY Cleaning. He was knowledgeable, professional and didn't try to push any extra services like other companies do. He only did what was appropriate. He removed a blue stain on our beautiful living room rug very easily. He used a portable machine, way less mess than those huge hoses attached to a truck!

I couldn’t be happier with the carpet cleaning service I received! From start to finish, professional, friendly, and efficient, arrive right on time, explained the process clearly, and treated my home with great care.

I was referred to this company by a friend and was initially hopeful about the service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

The technician did warn me that the sofa might not come out as bright as new, which I understood. However, he attempted to overcharge me for deep-cleaning my rug — significantly more than the competitive quotes I had already received. That was the first red flag.

Beyond that, he moved my furniture around and left everything displaced after finishing — no effort to put anything back. The cleaning itself was rushed and incomplete. The bottom and sides of the cushions, along with the ottoman, were barely touched, with water visibly dripping from the sides, making it clear that only the surface was addressed. Spot treatments were promised but not properly used, and the results showed.

To make matters worse, when I followed up because one side of the couch still smelled musty while the other side smelled clean, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. Rather than making it right, he insisted he “knew what he did” and never offered to fix the issue.

I’ve had this same sofa deep cleaned before — for less money — with far better results. It’s clear to me that because I declined additional services (rug cleaning), the effort on the couch was half-hearted.

There are plenty of companies in Miami that take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Sadly, this wasn’t one of them. I won’t be using this service again and would caution others to be careful.

Steve came by on time and walked me through the quote. I let him know my time constraints and he was able to exceed them and still get the job done. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Update: Had them come back again this year and the experience was just as good as last time! Will be having them come back on yearly basis.

Andy was fast and knowledgeable, I recommend him to anybody looking to get their carpet cleaned. My allergies were driving me crazy and I immediately noticed a difference after my deep shampoo cleaning. Thank you so much!

Steve was great! We had a last minute need for a thorough cleaning of our 2500 sq ft concrete warehouse space and NDY was good enough to work it into his schedule after hours. Highly recommend!
