We had Sheen Restoration come to our home to look at our Sisal carpet. We have owned it for three years and it was in need of cleaning. Joseph was on time and very knowledgeable about the special needs this type of carpet requires. He explained the cleaning process and quoted a price that was less than some other cleaning services. We are very satisfied with the job and expertise of Sheen Restoration. We highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet and other cleaning services.

Sheen provided on-site cleaning of our sectional sofa and rugs. We have pets and after the cleaning the pet odor was gone. The rugs looked so much brighter and clean. The business owner was very responsive and on time. I recommend their services.

I love family owned businesses, and this one is great! My AC unit leaked water all over my room and closet. I called Sheen, and Joe told me let my carpet dry for a day and then he would come to clean it. And that he did. He came in, cleaned my carpet to perfection, and then was out in less than 30 mins. The best part is, no mess! There is essentially no evidence of them being here besides my freshly cleaned carpet. They are reasonably priced, are available to come within a day's notice. I would definitely recommend Sheen to anyone in the Miami or South Florida area!!

I really did not know that my couch was soo dirty. When they showed me the dirty water that came out I was surprised. The couches are super clean now and they did a fast and great job. Will be calling them to do my couches again every year.

I can't recommend Hollywood Carpet Cleaning Pros enough. After my cat urinated on my mattress, it smelled terrible and I thought there was absolutely no way to rid of the smell without getting a new one--until they came over with their equipment and made all that icky stank go away! Not only were they quick about fixing this problem for me (in less than two hours), but also very affordable too. They had completely erased any worries or doubts I ever had about cleaning mattresses again after someone's pet pees them up - now it doesn't even bother me anymore because I know who to call should anything happen in the future!
