This is my first time having to book a Rug Cleaning and by far this was the worst experience & the most worst customer service provided ever! I originally booked an appointment for Friday soon after I realized, maybe I should have it done on a Thursday within 10 to 15 minutes of booking I asked the company. Hey can I reschedule for Thursday instead of the Friday? He immediately told me he was already booked, but The very next day at 9 PM at night. I woke up to a text message informing me that my reservation was going to be canceled and I had to reschedule last minute with no notice. No compensation was provided for the inconvenience of the scheduling, I still allowed myself to reschedule with this company. They send out nearly 3 paragraphs on how to prepare for the service, but failed to mention that you have to provide your own water. Water isn’t free in America. The technician should’ve came prepared and have the machine completely filled with water. Nonetheless, the technician was done with the service within five minutes I feel as though from start to finish this was the poorest service ever provided, and a complete waste of hard earned money! Definitely think twice before booking with this company proof of how I was spoken to and how every aspect of was handled posted below.

He paid attention to every detail and even got out some stains I thought were permanent. The results were beyond my expectations, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Amazing, Amazing service I received. He was very thorough and quick. He educated me on everything that he did and how to properly treat my mattress. My mattresses came out brand new.

Wow! My couch has not been cleaned in 3 years and I have a toddler, only imagine how dirty the couch was. Food stains, formula stains, milk stains, juice stains. Very pleased and satisfied with the results. Will be using them again as I have another baby that will be a toddler soon!

We had 2 twin mattresses cleaned by Daniil. The company provided same day service. He did a great job taking care of the mold that appeared on the bottom of the mattresses. Price is fair and we are satisfied with his service. Nice guy too.
