Absolutely the worst. The cleaning people showed up unprepared. They had did not have cleaning supplies. all they did was move dirt around. The owner was unresponsive. Do not use this company

Johnny and team are great! On time, reliable, and diligent to get the job done! I’ve used them on Aventura and now in Boca Raton. The team is quick to get the job done diligently and making sure that they get everything nice & clean.

Made an appointment almost 2wks ago. Seeing as I got no confirmation email or call the day before I emailed and got a response this morning 2hrs before my appointment saying they had a conflict n 2other options.1 being an hr away but seeing as they weren't professional enough to call i won't be able to use the services this was a surprise gift for someone this ruined everything. I saw punctuality was an issue in lots of reviews and took the chance anyway but they are so unprofessional

Terrible service. I've hired about 4 times, every time there is an issue. No one ever shows up on time, no one even calls to say they need to reschedule. I always have to resweep around furniture and by windows, even to the point where the tubs did not even get scrubbed. The cleaners will be on personal phone calls and they wont clean unless I pop into the rooms and check on everything every 15 minutes. They avoid the calls on the day of service and The cleaners have been up to 45 minutes late, and without most of their supplies. i Was even told at one point I would get a discount due to the troubles they have given me, and I ended up paying the same price anyway. Very disappointing And absolutely ridiculous. hire these guys if you want your life to be a MESS

This was my first time using a cleaning company and I have to say I couldn’t be happier!!! Extremely friendly staff, they accommodated to my needs and schedule and showed up right on time. My apartment came out spotless, they took care of my belongings and were so kind to my cats! Will be booking again :)

I purchased an apartment, and this company was recommended by a friend of mine. The place needed some deep cleaning prior to me moving in for good. The person I was told to contact, Diana, was very professional and was able to accommodate the service I needed with my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend this place for someone who is looking to get deep cleaning in their house/apartment. They did an amazing job and had great customer service.

Do not use this service. I had just spent days recuperating from a hip replacement and desperately needed someone to clean my home since I lived alone. I had a very reassuring conversation with Jennifer, the owner and was told that the 2 BR and 2 bath villa would be cleaned for $287. However, Prime Maid subcontract with other local service providers who are not background checked. I live in Boca Raton, Florida and this company called a local vendor to clean my home. This local vendor called another local service and some stranger came to clean my home that had no clue how to clean. I ended up giving our Gate 3 different Vendor names from different confirmation emails I received (and one of those names was changed by the gate) so I had a total of 5 cleaning services contact me before someone actually showed up. The person who showed up, did not speak English and did not understand ANYTHING I asked her to do. She cleaned everything with 3 rags she brought. The rags were used for the floors, dusting, bathroom and toilets. Very strange. I showed her where the cleaning supplies were, but she continued to use the dirty rags. She never vacuumed and didn’t even clean the kitchen and one bedroom. The supervisor came to pick her up befor she finished all the rooms. The supervisor told me that the vendor who hired her told her that Prime Maids only paid them for one bedroom. I paid almost $300 for one hour of cleaning. Prime Maids argued that they received pictures of all the rooms and they appeared clean. No pictures can show if a toilet or floor has been cleaned. My house is neat and tidy always. Yes, the pictures showed a neat and tidy house, but NOT a CLEAN house. Prime Maids believed the subcontractors and not me and never sent anyone to finish the job. I was swindled, conned and taken advantage of. I was so heartbroken to have looked forward to a clean house only to have been robbed of the good money that I splurged on to give myself some relief. What’s sad sad experience with no useful customer service from Prime Maids. DO NOT TRUST PRIME MAIDS.
